I bought a Safariland holster from Uniform Works after trying to select the right one for my pistol with the great help of their staff. It turned out it wasn't exactly the right one (Safariland is tricky), they fixed the issue within two weeks. I'm now happily in business. 5 stars to Uniform Works for fantastic customer service!

We were told uniforms would be there in month but each time it Takes 8 weeks at least to get uniforms, they are poor quality and when there was an issue with the uniforms we were informed it was our fault there was issues and they would not fix or replace uniforms and if we did want them fixed we would have to pay full price again and wait another 8 weeks for the uniforms.

Almost 4 months and 3 phone calls later, no uniforms.Last week it “just had to be picked and sent”.Will keep waiting I guess...

poor quality uniform pants. To thin ( take the pants and hold them up to a light and you can see how thin they are) and no double seems in the back . The current material they use for the pants easily attracts dog and cat hair.

My partner and I just left uniform works. We both get our work uniforms from this place and we needed to exchange some articles for larger sizes. The process started off great everything was fine until I guess the volume of my partners voice became too much for the ladies at the front desk at which point they became very rude and started to tell my partner that that’s ‘not how they do things here’. My partner was talking and the lady at the front desk started to talk over her , she proceeded to say ‘can I finish talking?’ And the lady said out right ‘No!’. Horrible customer service from all involved, they tried to have my partner leave the store because she was ‘too loud’. Unfortunately life doesn’t work like that and you cannot tell a customer to leave your store simply because you don’t like the volume at which they speak (without being hostile of course). The owner was the one who told us we could exchange our clothes and when we got to the store they called he owner and all of a sudden he says no we can’t exchange it. Long story short the customer service at this place SUCKS and there’s no one you can complain to because the owners customer service and ethics is just as bad as the unprofessional women he hires for his front desk. Also, no need to reply to this complaint because absolutely nothing you do is helpful, or transparent. Shady as all hell.

I ordered some Safariland holsters from them as they are the Safariland Canada dealer. The holsters are absolutely amazing! A bit pricey and a bit of a waiting time but that is expected because of the cross-border situation but I think its worth it. These are absolute top of the line holsters and they are so easy to use and switch from mount to mount like a belt loop, drop leg, paddle, etc. I would 100% recommend them and I will be placing another order in the future for an FDE set of holsters to match my gear. The staff are also very friendly and always were there to answer my questions! Thanks so much!

Absolutely terrible service here. Sent the wrong product even after triple confirming with them. PLUS they forget about thing known as an email chain. have to repeat the questions and asked for tracking which they of course completely forgot.Is this how a business is run?Now just waiting on the refund details. 3 months of nonsense spent on this.

Only two choices for womens steel toe, both of which had little cushioning in the sole and too much in the ankle. I'm quite sure the only way they can charge these prices are because they sell to cops and military neither of which the individual are paying for the boots.

Almost all their products are out of stock or backorder, they don't show this in the listing, there is a wait of 6-8 weeks to receive your item. I would recommend to avoid purchasing anything from this website, I'm in process or canceling my order and getting my refund.
