Really knowledgeable and friendly service. Lots of selection and the staff really do take the time to make sure you get the right mattress or pillow based on how you sleep and your personal preferences. Have come here for 2 mattresses and probably 5 or 6 pillows over the span of 10 years.

Went here looking for a firm mattress. Upon browsing for a minute in the store, a sale associate approached to assist us. Had a great 60% deal with free delivery. Sleep Country called to inform delivery date. Delivery person also called & text a photo to confirm my mattress was delivered. Thumbs up. Mattress, so far so good.

Excuse me guys, I know you love your parking lot! I was waiting for my bubble tea and my girlfriend at next door, we suppose to shopping for a 3k mattress! Thank you for towing my car in less than 20 minutes and congrats on lost my business, although it’s tiny and you don’t care.

the have free parking!im also the guy that attended to us was really helpful in all the questions we had. he also offered lots of promo and sales. but was not really forthcoming about flaws in design and dangers, fire hazard, pregnancy smelling problems, and such. we had to research all those things for our well being.they have very very good warranty. and only minimal risk. if you want to delay shipping, you can w/o charge. if you want to switch orders before shipping, you can w/o charge but pay the difference. if you want to switch mattress after delivery to your house, you can with charge.note: don't always assume that the sales people know everything about mattresses, base, platform, and etc. make sure you do your research before trying to come here and asking very complicated questions.i am happy that this place had a thin bedding for clients to take when they want to lie down on a bed. some SleepCountry do not have this or do not tell you that you NEED to do this so no cross contamination happens.i would want to come back here again. they have a lot more selections on mattresses and sheets than any other stores I know. downside is that this place do not have king size bed bec of the store area. that's about it.gona buy more stuff from SC for sure. enjoy your search!

Warning: if you parked your car in the parking lot behind the store and don't buy anything, then you went to other places to purchase sth, such as food and drink, and then when you came back, you will find your car was missing. Their staff told you that the trailer company came to tow it away. I asked that I am going to buy things from you, just take a look at the store first. How did this problem happen? They said that this is the problem of the trailer company, but I went to the trailer company to pick up the car. Their staff said that this company is very bad and terrible. They often let the trailer company come to tow the car. They will tow it regardless of whether you have visited their store or not. This is an unscrupulous shop. You must be careful. You'd better not go shopping. If you are not careful, your car will be towed and you will lose $200.

Went in to buy our first beds in over 15 years. I’d already done my homework and expected to have my many questions answered transparently and efficiently. Sam Lin was most courteous and thorough, making me aware of details on particular features and styles of mattresses and accessories. His responses were concise and convincing! From beginning to end, he gave me confidence that I had the best value and will be completely satisfied with the service. Every step, after I left the store, was promptly followed up by Sam to ensure nothing was missed. Delivery, back order and what I thought was a missing part but turned out to not be the case were all things that Sam personally walked the extra mile to assure me that he had my back (no pun intended). Coming to this Sleep Country location turned out to be the wisest decision for product and price. Thanks for making this decision so smooth and comforting, Sam!

tl;dr - When things go wrong, but you feel you got even better service in spite of it, you know you have the right people running a company.I've been shopping here for a few years. Service has been spot on. The sales staff has been informative, attentive and genuine. For this alone they get 5 stars. But a true test of mettle is how a less-than-ideal situation is handled. I wish to highlight and (spoiler alert) applaud the professionalism in my recent experience.Expectantly, I waited for delivery of my recent mattress purchase that was scheduled very quickly in 2 business days. Unfortunately, the warehouse mistakenly loaded the wrong product on the delivery truck (a similar model, but not exact). Not a complaint, just the situation; I'm reasonable, accidents happen! The response by Vincent (with whom I worked with in the store from start to finish) was outstanding! It was nothing short of grace under pressure. Firstly, the sense of empathy and understanding was evident. Secondly, the level of urgency resolved my incident within a few says in the same week. Thirdly, as a token of sincere apology, they graciously upgraded my purchase (saving me 100s of dollars).It is satisfying to shop where this level of care is given. I will return. Thank you to all those involved.

Came to the store just now to look for pillows for my Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The man offered no service and just directed us to look at the website. My partner and I didn't feel welcomed so we immediately left.

Both my friend and me had been using a second-hand mattress and found them increasingly uncomfortable, respectively. In last Winter she went to this Sleep Country, bought a mattress from Sam Lin, and referred him to me with great compliments.I went there this Feb. Sam showed profound professionalism with inspiring passion, great care, thoughtful service, and extensive knowledge of his products. With his recommendation, I ordered a mattress ( competitive pricing) to be delivered after two weeks. Within this two weeks, Sam made several calls to follow up, reminding me that he could arrange the delivery days earlier if needed and educating me what to expect on the day of delivery.The mattress itself is satisfying. Exact firmness that I was looking for. It was a pleasant experience shopping here. I am thinking of purchasing a pillow from Sam as well.
