The Lounge is a very good spot to have a drink, dinner or just chill out and watch the game. The new menu gives a good variety of options and tastes very good. Service is probably the best feature at the lounge as Raj or Marilyn really look after your every need whatever that may be. Overall just a great place to stay, feels like home, would highly recommend to anyone coming into the city. The whole team from the front desk to housekeeping and everyone in between makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Just a good atmosphere and really good people. Best place to stay.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Our room was freshly painted and new flooring it seems. They aren’t queen size beds as booked but doubles. If we had 4 people it may be a tight squeeze. Breakfast was included and they had a good selection of food with coffee or tea. One night’s stay. The hotel is less then 10mins to West Edmonton mall or the Costco Business Centre. It would have been perfect if there was a pool.

We were staying here to visit family and friends. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Raj was especially friendly and made us feel very at ease. Rooms were clean and towels were fluffy. It is close to amenities. Clearly the people working here take pride in there jobs which was important to me. Would stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable and have everything people expect ....but to get five stars, you have to have things people don't expect. For me, that was a DVD player. I brought DVDs with me in hopes there would be one, but there was not. The front desk staff was great and the free breakfast surpasses many other hotels in amount and quality. Parking was plentiful. Proximity to the mall by car was great. I rented a car as a tourist.

From check in, to meals, to check out, this was a great experience. Just the breakfasts are worth the visit and price. Such great value.I especially want to mention Tanita the front desk associate. She was amazing. Friendly accommodating and funny, she was amazing.Also, the restaurant, Steeles. Wow. I was there a few days, so I have a couple shout outs here. Nikki, Marilyn, Glory and Aluong (I am so sorry for butchering the spelling of your names) were such great servers and hostesses. They made us feel like we were visiting friends.Thank you for such a great experience

On March 19 -2023 I was just getting into the city I stopped over to have supper , I met a young man in the lounge working as my server...his name was Raj He treated me like his own family. He was just so likeable and pleasure to talk to. A definite asset indeed. He showed so much that he truly loved his job working for this hotel in the lounge.A special thanks to kitchen I ordered a Pasta and it was so awesome that I can’t describe in words a special thanks to chef who cooked my meal.Thank you Raj for making me feel so very special and yes now this lounge is going to be my go to place whenever me or my family comes to Edmonton.

This is the first time staying at Royal Hotel West Edmonton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, what a nightmare! I and my teenage daughters just went to have some time away and relax for a few days, a much needed a few days away, but it turned out to be a nightmare staying in this Hotel, it was cold and snowy outside, and the heater in the room 111 didn't work, we called them and asked for help, someone came and turned it on, then it took to 4 am in the morning to finally warm up, and then the heater wouldn't turn off, by morning it was hot in the room, and the second night was the same story, the second morning me and my daughter's were sick, having fever and sore throat, and because of the cold room we didn't get any rest, and we had to drive home like that, and the Hotel got most of their money, I did ask for money back, and they gave me 50$ dollars from 348$ back, that is a lot of money to pay for the nightmare we had, plus on top of that getting sick, daughter now has to skip school because of this situation, they didn't provide what they offered. If you want to rest and get what you pay for, please book somewhere else, don't ruin your trip like we did and go home sick.

Very welcoming with their delicious cookies to welcome you as well as a beautiful breakfast. Such service not even including the kindness of the staff when chatting. Nice rooms, kept clean and comfortable beds. Quiet, easy to sleep in and cozy.

Amazing place for a nice bed and hot shower. West Edmonton mall is within walking distance or a quick bus ride or Uber if you don’t want to walk.Tatiana at the front desk was wonderful!! Very polite and professional! She was super amazing!!!! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)
