One rotten potato spoils the whole bag.Usually the customer service is good , but today had a unprofessional customer rep. In delta branch even after telling him that I represent a big trucking company.

One branch is located on annacis island & other in port kells near to Surrey.Today I visited Annacis island shop to buy sleeve nuts. Usually buy parts from this shop & no any disappointing till now.However today stock is that particular items were showing but not available. Gentleman on counter informed that it can be arranged from port kells later on today which will add in my another separate round of visit.Apart from this incident, this is awesome in supplying parts with quality.

Best place to get truck and trailer parts.Very professional services and very cheap prices as compared to other competitors.I own 2 shops, Road run truck repair and GK truck repair, and I always deal with Sam Mittal in Delta branch.I used to deal with Surrey Branch, but Sam`s commitment made me take my business to Delta branch.Sam is always ready to help and keeps his promises.He is very professional and always goes an extra mile to help us out in any given circumstances.Happy with their services.
