We took my laptop in for Robert to look at and he looked at it right away and gave us some great advice. Robert was friendly, courteous, caring and professional. Wireless Warehouse was beyond my expectations! As soon as we walked in, Ahmed, the person working there at the time, was so charming and clearly very competent. The sign in front of their store says we fix all phones and tablets" and they weren't joking! My friend's phone had water damage and he immediately let us know that the motherboard was fried and that he would fix it within the day if possible. True to his word

I read the reviews and brought my brother's phone in to get a new screen. The phone was fixed 24hr not the four to five days, very impressed. Picked up phone $165.00 plus tax and had a $20.00 screen protector put on. I placed phone in it's case and left. Gave the phone to my brother and he checked it out and put it on the charger. Next day he went to use the phone and thought it was a cat hair in screen, then realized it was cracked. I call wireless warehouse and left a message no one returned my call. I went and got my brothers cell phone and brought it in. I told them about the screen and showed them, he looked at the phone and said it could only be cracked by dropping it. I told home-that did not happen and he again said it was dropped and refused to discuss it further. I was accused by this individual of lying, so not only were we ripped off by this company using an inferior screen replacement and paying $200.00 I was treated like a dishonest person. Do not use this company, obviously the previous reviews for great service were exaggerated. I cannot believe how this company is allowed to abuse a customers trust.
