Bagel Nash

Had a really good impression about this place this this morning. No complain about the food, but about the customer services from one specific employee there leaves me with a bitter taste.I just got 2 sandwiches from the place and I have asked for my receipt to see why I have to pay over 14$. On the receipt I can see one of the sandwiches I ordered, but instead of the second one I see Lemonade/Orange, so I inquired why...To my surprise instead of logical explanation she mumbled something and left from the counter. Leaving a customer to fell this...it's a no no in my book.I'm not sure what this store is all about...I thought it's about customers and their expectations and experiences.You can see on the paper bag( pictures )...one is chicken and the other one is Lox. On the receipt supposing the Chicken sandwich its Lemonade/Orange ...should this be curious for anyone?!

The West Indian lady who served me needs a lesson in manners. Rude and snappy is not how customers are supposed to be attended to.

Probably one of the worst bagels I've ever had in my life. Crust is hard and crumbly, inside disintegrates. Tasteless cream cheese. Can't believe it was $5 for garbage. She also asked if I want veggies in it (really weird, never even heard of that being offered anywhere) but I had told her 3x already, just cream cheese.I tend to pay cash for small businesses so they don't get fees but she was just waiting and waiting for me to dig out a nickel for the 3 cents she needed so badly. No discount offered either for cash. Should've just used the machine instead (which would've cost them 45 cents).Maybe I'm being a bagel snot because I'm from New York (hence 2 instead of 1) but it was just not good - as bad as store bought bagged bagels.

Every time my fiancé and I come here, the staff is very pleasant and the bagels are amazingly fresh. If anybody gave a bad review, it’s probably because they came during a rush and were likely demanding with the staff. Something I’ve witnessed. The staff here work very hard and take great pride in the food they serve. If you’re coming here, smile and thank them. I’ve seen other bagel joints where the staff is ridiculously rude—never here.I highly recommend the toasted bagel, garlic herb cream cheese, cheddar cheese and corned beef!Thank you Bagel Nash!

Great varieties of pastries, breads, bagels and much more. I tried their chocolate babka and it’s just sooo good. Totally worth the price. Plus the service is top notch.

Bread and bakery items usually really good and fresh.They’re selling Costco muffins as their own.Prices not labeled on some items and I have never been given a receipt on my multiple visits.Overall I don’t always feel welcome to the store due to one specific employee, possible prejudice against minorities. Such a poor attitude when dealing with customers. The lack of pricing on some items and no receipt given. I’m reading the other reviews and seems like these are common issues that are not addressed.Will be looking for another bakery for my needs.

Just ordered Uber Eats from this location. Decided to order “Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich” because I ordered it at Bayview location before and it was great. When my order has arrived I could not understand first if it’s was a wrong item or just a scam. My bagel didn’t have salmon inside. It only had salmon flavoured cream cheese. When I called them they said that my order was correct and this is a sandwich I ordered. The one with actual salmon in it called “Cream Cheese and Nova Lox Sandwich”.So now is the question: Why would you call it “Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich” and why would you put a picture of sandwich with actual salmon slices for a sandwich which has NO fish inside??? It doesn’t make any sense. It’s a blatant lie!!!1st picture is my order2nd picture is the sandwich I ordered on the menu with an actual name and a picture they provide3rd and 4th pictures are what it’s actually look like in real lifeBe the judge!

I love bakeries the smell of fresh bread in the air reminds me of my childhood. I've been coming here sense l moved out here. Great variety of flavor even Gluten-free goods. The tuna sandwiches are amazing different kinds of cream cheese, breakfast and lunch also available. The customer service has improved threw the years and a comfortable environment... As l said in some of my past review a friendly staff and a inviting atmosphere and environment are important!!! That being said l will keep coming here!!!

They have great food, bagels, pastries etc, but if you come in for a sandwich it's a little lame. I got an egg salad sandwich and there was very little egg salad in comparison to whatabagel.
