Bought my house originally 4yrs ago through Taylors via mo. After the experience back then I decided to sell the property back through Taylors. I can't express enough how easy it all went. Mo and Gareth dealt with my property and can't thank them enough. Very professional, very helpful and communication is just excellent. Would always advise the use of Taylors. Professional, friendly,go above and beyond there job roles. Not had 1 issue with them. If you need to sell speak to mo or Gareth. Brilliant members of staff to have at Taylors.

My family and I had been searching for properties throughout Aylesbury for a few weeks, and the experience was always pretty bad, until we enquired about a property Taylors was managing. Lesley was great from the start, and even allowed us to view a property three times before moving in. She was patient and even entertained our kids while we measured/looked around. She was so good with our children that they didn't want to leave!From viewing to move in, it was a pleasurable experience, unlike other Aylesbury letting agencies who will pit potential renters against one another. If you have a choice between houses and Taylors manage one of them, go for that one!

We used Taylor's for 4 years as the agents to manage our property.They were excellent, very efficient, friendly and were good to me as landlord and also my tenants.I felt I really trusted them to ensure my property was being looked after by tenants and safe for them to live in.The the first year I let property out I used a different agent and did not revive a good service, , i was at point after that experience of not letting anymore .Thank goodness Taylor's demonstrated a very different and professional service.I have only stopped letting through them as sold house.I would thoroughly recommend using Taylor's.

Our experience with the Aylesbury branch was beyond appalling: inactive and incompetent. Our agent didn't even turn up for the viewings, leaving us to show potential buyers round.From start to finish the whole service was lacking in any professionalism. To begin with we found out the lady who valued our house had left, and wasn't to be replaced, leaving two weeks with the office with no sales member there as the rest of the team were going on holiday. We asked Craig the manager to hold back from putting the house online in this case until everyone was back from their holiday. He verbally agreed and then went ahead and put the house on the market despite our express not to.The team would never call us, and we would chase to find out what was happening, often being transferred to another branch who told us they were either on annual leave, or away for another reason. This didn't instil any hope that potential buyers could also get through.One lady that we showed round on our own, was very keen to make an offer, but then Taylors never really followed up and we are not sure what happened.Another viewing, and they did not turn up, the lady wasn't interested and left just as the agent Mohammed turned up, he then took off down the road, before we could speak to him. We had to go into the branch and ask why he never a, arrived on time and b, just left without speaking to us.The final straw was when we received a letter from Taylors asking if we'd like a free valuation to our property, whilst we were still on their books. We decided at this point to withdraw the property. No follow up call was given to us and we were just sent a survey to complete. There has been no acknowledgement from Craig or Mohammed to our email which was sent over a week ago.Completely hopeless, with zero respect of before or after care for the customer.

During my first year using Taylor’s estate agents I was highly impressed with the service that I received, the process was seamless. However this year, possibly due to a different agent being in charge of my property it has been nothing but terrible service and a headache for me. I live away from the property hence the need for an agent and it is impossible to get In contact with the office. On a weekend while off work I had to travel to the office in person, as my countless calls and voicemails are unanswered.Overall I am very unhappy with the service, it made my life more difficult rather than simpler.

At first, there was small issue with viewing we have arranged as no one showed up on the day so I wrote a complaint about it,as we had do travel over and hour for the viewing.Luckily, lovely Celine stepped up and sorted out viewing for us, she was amazing from the start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her, very friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to sort out everything for us, to make the move less stressful and we do appreciate that. Thank you!

We rented a property off Taylors Aylesbury before buying our own locally. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lesley from day 1 and Vienna towards the end and I cannot praise them highly enough.
