Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Lovely folks at this locatio! First of all they upgraded me without hesitation which was awesome! Secondly, I had an issue with the vehicle they had given me a couple days later. There was an odor that wasn't noticeable in the vehicle initially, but once the weather warmed up I began to smell it every time I got in the vehicle. I had called to let them know to cover myself just in case they thought it was me. They were very kind about it and said I could bring the vehicle back to switch to another anytime. A day later I took them up on their offer and they had a replacement waiting for me! They treated me as a valuable customer and 100% will go back to them again in the future....try them out!

I really want to say, the management is super friendly and helpful. They always willing yo help and give us best price. I would definitely recommend this car rental. They have one of the best cars at a very affordable price.

Ever since they took over discount they have crippled the renting industry. Not open on weekends, no key drop facility, manager seems rude. Discount was open on Saturday and Sunday even half day but Stratford enterprise does not care. I have to go to Kitchener to rent cars. Competition bureau are you even listening?

Terrific experience! My father and I were in recently for a rental and he was taken care of with attentive, warm, and welcoming staff. Emma took the lead in helping us and she was absolutely amazing. Professional, understanding, and she did a great job at making a rough day feel much better. Management has a great team, with a very good team atmosphere instilled. Keep up the great job Enterprise Stratford!

If you need to rent a car, this place does that sort of thing. The cars are descent. The service was great. Just be sure to check what time they close before you rent your whip. Apparently the online rental reservation system will allow you to set an appointment for pickup at their closing time. Arriving to our appointment right on time, we were reminded several times that they were closed. Alas, the gentleman took time to thoroughly go over the car with us. Thanks Buddy!

My grandmother had a car accident recently and the insurance company she has got everything set up for us. The staff here had everything prepared down to my grandmother picking the car she was to use. One complaint tho, and this was probably an oversight or something. My grandmother was not made away of a deposit we were responsible for outside the insurance coverage (it was 150 or 250 I am not sure). A heads up would have been awesome as it caught both of us by suprise.

I rented my vehicle from the US. Traveling for work, I came here today because my rental ended up with a electrical gremlin and I was hoping to switch the vehicle out for another. The staff was so exceptional. With no vehicles available, they brought my rental to multiple locations to get the issue resolved. The general manager Rachel is nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend renting from this location!
