Walmart Supercentre
We walked in and saw the line up at cash spewing out to the entrance area. I'm not going to wait in line for 30 minutes to purchase 4 items. I asked an employee near the doorway if more cashiers were coming. I found her funny but she didnt seem to understand my question. I asked if more cashiers were on the way and she asked if I had a cart. I replied no because there are no carts available at the doorway, but I'm asking if more cashiers are on the way to help reduce the line up. She asked me again if I had a cart. I gave up at that point bye bye. We went to the Bolton store and was in and out in 5 minutes. This has happened the last few visits so I give up shopping here.My advice is sell all your self checkout junk and hire a couple cashiers.

A week ago, I bought a package of chocolates from Walmart. When I ate a little bit of it, I felt sick and had diarrhea. I went to the doctor and took medicine. Then I realized that the chocolates had expired. I went there and the manager said that some stores say that you should be careful and don't buy it. Is this the correct answer? Then he took my information and said that we will contact you. (My money was not returned) They have not taken any action so far. This behavior is not correct from such a large company. Of course, I checked the rest of the chocolates, many of them were expired. I took pictures of them.

The personnel with a black bob haircut working by the Fitting Rooms is, by far, the rudest employee at this location. My daughter was showing me an outfit in the change room and the employee randomly opens the door without knocking. Thankfully, I was standing by the door and stopped her. She responded defensively when I confronted her. She proceeded to yell loudly across the aisle after my daughter and I had left the Fitting Room area, asking: Are you buying that?!" And then proceeded to accuse us of removing the tag

Terrible experience today but in general it’s just getting worse. The lack of baskets and/or trying to find a cart is very difficult. The lines are very long, especially because they only have two self serve checkouts open and have two staff members watching you scan your own stuff. No bags provided. I get the incentive but people forget sometimes and need a bag. Looked for a manager but with armful of stuff I just left.Walmart do better.

If Walmart doesn't care for the customer, as a customer the response is same.This particular store has Bad Customer Service, always long queues on the weekends, and not many staff members to help out.Worst - No shopping carts, not event the basic ones, because as a customer they want your money to use a full big one.Their customer service claimed customers stole their carts (sure blame customers and not solving problems showcases local management)

Absolutely useless place! Do not bother shopping here! Price tags are wrong and items moved. Won’t go or price tag, but will give me $10 off an item that is scanning $20 over the price tag!

The store is a complete mess, the cash register lines are long, the employees are rude and for some dumb reason the flyer I get isn't the same as theirs despite how close I live. Also for some dumb reason you have to ask for help getting a cart, because they're blocked off from entering customers. Its just not worth going into this store.

Asghar has been my curb side grocery pick up staff member for most of my groceries over the last three years. He has always provided exceptional service and very personable. I look forward to our catch-ups while packing the groceries into the car.

Had several curbside grocery pick-ups at this location twice with a young man named Artin , so courteous and professional.Both times went out of his way to help me . He was fast with a gentle, pleasant manner.No hassle whatsoever.
