Tried to deal with Kevin Auger, when he asked for a deposit and gave him my card number he mentioned that it wasn't working, which is NOT true. I Called my bank and they confirmed that Porsche NEVER tried to deduct money from the card. He didn't want to sell me the vehicle so they can sell it to someone else at a higher price!Very bad service, not the first Porsche I own but will definitely go elsewhere !Response: I clearly mentioned I do not need financing for this vehicle, I can pay it outright! He never sent me a purchase offer! I've dealt with many Porsche dealership in Canada and honestly YOUR branch is the worse with customer service! I will change the note when you sell me the vehicle.

The folks here are top notch. Worked with Martin, Nicolas, and Oliver in service. It is great to see a great group of highly passionate folks for a common cause. I will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this location and facility.

Bought my car at Prestige in Mtl (1 star at best, never again). My car has been taken care of since then at Porsche Québec. I am always greeted as if I were home at the front desk by Lana or one of her colleague. Whether it’s CPO recert or regular maintenance, most of it has been done with a “customer first” approach with Nicolas and Martin and the great auto mechanic team. My technical advisor, especially Nicolas is nothing short of what the original Porsche spirit (that you generally find in Europe) is about. Meticulous quality output every single time that he take care of my car. He takes the time to listen and explain, always very respectful no matter what your car is and always deliver more than you expect. He is the real deal. Not even one single “white lie” with him. He’s one of the main reason why to this date I’m staying with Porsche, period.

I would like to thank the Porsche team for excellent service.I have an older model that tends to need regular maintenance.I'm always accommodated even with last minute same day service.Special thanks to Nicolas Milo for going the extra mile to get my warranty claim taken care of.

Fantastic experience. Was looking across Canada for a car they had in inventory they were extremely helpful. The car was perfect when I arrived.

I bought a 2019 BMW 440 and unfortunately I was left feeling mislead. I found it online and was told it was inspected and ready to go. The car would not pass an inspection in NB. The exhaust needed a clamp (I should of picked up on this when I picked it up - nasty wratle), needed brakes, routers, 4 tires, windshield has deep scratches, the rims were scuffed much more than pics showed, scratches on both bumpers and they never told me about them.I bought an X5 last year online from another dealer and had a much better experience. My reco is to exercise caution when buying online from the dealer.

Horrible experience, lots of 'games' being played. After dealing with several other Porsche stores within Canada, this was a disappointment. Damage on vehicle was not disclosed, and poorly touched up. I had to find it myself, and luckily I did before spending $100,000. I was willing to overlook the damage and have it repaired in Alberta.I was not taken seriously by the sales staff, and had asked him to gather some further information about the vehicle. Which he tried several times to avoid.After further discussion, he advised me it would take a few hours. I left to have lunch and was planning to return with a bank draft.This was when I received an email stating the vehicle had just sold. I asked if he was sure, and a very short reply of yes" from the sales staff. As soon as I indicated that I was getting a check ready... The vehicle was suddenly available for sale again.I'd highly recommend Calgary
