I saw Greg for an appraisal of a family heirloom this afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting with him. He discussed the history of the jeweler who created my piece, gave me some background information on how the appraisal process works, and how to proceed with the insurance company. He is very knowledgeable and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends/family.

He answered my many questions and offered me education in the gem I purchased along with helpful tips to keep my jewellery protected for years to come. His appraisal was clear to understand and came in a pouch to safety store away. His approachable, caring approach to insuring your needs are met are worth every dollar spent.

I have been very impressed by Greg at Gem Experts. He was very knowledgeable, polite and able to do an appraisal in a few hours (rather than weeks as other companies said). He clearly knows his stuff and it was great to know that my jewelry wasn't being shipped somewhere else. His prices were also very competitive and the appraisal documentation was exactly what my insurance company needed.

Friendly, knowledgable and walks you through all the aspects of your jewellery with no rush.
