Got a walk-in appointment, was in and out in 40 minutes. Staff explained everything well and helped me find a solution that fit my budget. Direct billing to my insurance provider was great!

Pearle Vision Orchard Park has an amazing selection of frames and lens’. The staff are always so friendly and helpful with listening to the style of frames we want and finding a pair that works for us. We’re always surprised with how quickly our glasses arrive and then when we pick them up the lovely crew make them fit just right. A big thank you to Jenny for helping me and my family with all of our glasses and contacts needs. You are exceptional at finding the right frames.! Also, we Are especially grateful with how patient and kind Jenny was when helping our son with learning how to use contacts!

I always love shopping at Pearle Vision. Customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful in finding me new frames. Shout out to Jenny for the excellent service, kind words and help with my two new pairs of glasses!

horrible horrible customer service my mother went in to to buy new glasses around Black Friday she got them paid and sent to her plan looked online they were lower so she asked to price match they said for sure or asked if she could refund them if not. it has been 2.5 weeks since then no money back. the girl in the front didn’t know how to do it so the manger would and over the phone, went in after 3-5 days since the “refund” it has been a back and forth hassle. she has been in when the manager was supposed to be in to help, she wasn’t. we asked for the refund receipt or invoice no record, she had to find the receipt and photo copy it for our records(super unprofessional even at clothing stores you get emailed receipts). they couldn’t help her again then she has been in a couple more times then they said they will call her, no call. it doesn’t take two weeks for a refund. just a game and cat chasing mouse. I had gone in before all this turned into something for a eye exam and to look at glasses had no help picking, i found a pair i have 3 different coverages. ones site wasn’t working i get that, one doesn’t cover them we found out, and the third one does, doesn’t offer to check it just says ill give you your information and come in another time. i walked down to another store and bought them for cheaper and through my coverage. will never come there again after we get it delt with.

Great doctor. Bill directly with our insurance. I would go back anytime. Meghan was amazing at the shop and I will be back just because of her and her service. I got exactly what I wanted and she made it so easy!

I had my vision tested and I had a coupon given to me by the receptionist to get a discount on frames in the store next door. The staff in the store were extremely helpful and allowed me space to choose the perfect frames. I will definitely come here again.

Excellent customer service!! I've had several pairs of glasses/sunglasses from here and each and every time I go in, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Especially Chris (manager) and Jennifer. These two ladies are absolute gems and a joy to shop with :) Their level of customer service is hard to beat!

The optometrist made sure that everything was explained to me in a clear and concise way. I felt cared for and his bedside manner is excellent. He's very professional. His assistant also really knows her business and made sure she that she explained to me everything that was taking place so that I understood. It was easy to follow her directions. I am very pleased with the optometrist and his assistant and would recommend them to anyone.
