I sent this clinic an email regarding the prices of their treatments. The front desk called me and scheduled a complimentary consultation for me. I went into the clinic, it was very clean and right off the bat I trusted the place. I was placed into the living room and the front desk got me a drink and some snacks which was very sweet. The consultant, Chelsea, came and told me about a device called the skin analysis which will tell you everything you need to know about your skin. Probably the coolest things I have seen in a clinic. Chelsea was very sweet and explained things to me very clearly. I ended up purchasing a package and did my first laser treatment that same day with Mina. The treatment was more comfortable than I thought and she applied numbing cream to make my experience less painful. When I was done I bought some products which were recommended to me. It’s been 4 days since I got my treatment and I’m already seeing great results. I’m very happy with the treatment and results. My consultant called me yesterday and followed up with me and set up my next appointment. Thank you Chelsea and Mina for your amazing service!

I had such a wonderful experience at Signature Cosmetics. I was introduced to Chelsea when I arrived and she started off by doing a comprehensive skin examination. She was patient and explained the meaning of each of my results. Although I originally wanted to do a treatment for hyperpigmentation, Chelsea was able to point out the redness in my skin and propose a better treatment plan using the Vbeam. Once we agreed on a treatment plan, Chelsea introduced me to the Vbeam and explained the process for the treatment. It was my first time and she did a great job preparing me for what to expect. I thought the laser treatment would be painful but was surprised to see that the Vbeam was gentle and felt like cold bursts of wind on my skin. The process was fast and I was done within a few minutes. I didn’t feel like there was much irritation on my skin but was happy that Chelsea ended the treatment with a 15-minute hydrating mask. My skin felt great coming out of the appointment and I could instantly see reduced redness around my nose. Excited to see more results as my skin heals over the next week.Post-treatment, Signature Cosmetics provided me with a bag of skincare products to help support my skin’s recovery. So far, they have been working well and my skin is looking great. Will definitely consider incorporating some of these products into my daily skincare routine. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I recommend this for anyone who is looking into laser treatments for their skin.

I came to this location and absolutely loved the entire experience! Jennifer was absolutely lovely to have the consultation with and be able to discuss my skincare goals. She was able to guide me to decide the best options for me and I ended up getting a hydro facial to start. I saw immediate results and my skin only kept getting better from there. I then came back for another appointment soon after and met with Willow. She is extremely experienced and well knowledgeable. She provided me with a lot of information to make a well informed decision while also feeling comfortable. I got the IV treatment to brighten my skin. Overall, I recommend this clinic for the prices are also comparatively more sustainable than other clinics.

I came to this clinic last week and did a consultation with Mina. I have been to a lot of clinics prior to coming to signature. I came in to enquire about Ultherapy. Honestly speaking I did not make a purchase that day neither have I done the treatment yet as I’m waiting to get my work/school schedule. I will definitely go to signature cosmetic clinic because they are very informative. They actually do a proper consultation and will educate you very well on their machines/products. As I customer, we are always scared of being ripped off or doing the wrong treatment but Mina made me feel very comfortable and comforted and explained everything to do. Also they don’t push you to buy things, they give you all the info and tell you to take your time and think about it. I definitely recommend Signature Cosmetic Clinic and I will be doing all my future treatments here. Ps they have so many locations for people like me who don’t like to drive far for a clinic.

I got Hydrafacial and Lumifacial done here. The overall experience was great. The clinic is easy to find. The team greets you as you enter and shifts you into a room quickly. I had some scheduling difficulties which were easily accommodated by the team. I looked wonderful after the treatment. Thank you! I will happily return again.

Wonderful experience at Signature Cosmetic Clinic, especially with my advisor Celine, I've seen great improvement on my skin in just one month. I've been having my treatment at this location for more than a year and it is definitely trust-worthy. My consultant is Jennifer, she helps me understand the condition of my skin and body first then introduces me suitable treatments according to my real needs. I think every customer who goes to a beauty salon is afraid of those pushy and aggressive beauty consultant. I definitely don't have that bad feeling with Jennifer. She is very professional and caring. If I need to go to another clinic location for treatment, she would be there waiting for me. It makes me feel safe and comfortable! She would text me from time to time to ensure my condition or worries after the treatment. The treatment providers at Signature Cosmetic Clinic are great too, they are professional, patience andattentive.

She recommends the best treatment for your current skin condition and goals, not the most expensive treatments. No one is pushy about sales - if you like any of their products you can just ask to buy. I can tell Jennifer cares about her clients and does the utmost to make you feel like a VIP no matter what.Hydrafacial: Really enjoying the treatments so far. I get a really good glow for a week, it helps fade red spots (PIE), and my pores feel more clear. Thanks to Mina I even got extractions done with no redness the next day when I'm usually red for 2-3 days.
