If something isn't clicking for your dog, she will seek out alternative ways to help you and your dog achieve the desired results. Lynn is a very experienced and CPDT-KA qualified trainer, competitor, former breeder of jack russell terriers (not an easy breed!), has worked in rescue, as well as having a wealth of knowledge about horses, with an impressive resume in that realm. She knows her stuff!Lynn helped me a lot with my terrier who had extreme fear and some behavioral issues, taught me to manage her reactivity at dog trials, and to set her up well for success! She is also very good at working with students who have learning disabilities, or ADHD - instead of just telling me the same thing over and over, she worked to find a way to communicate with me that I would better understand, she recognized immediately that I do not generalize well and had other ways of explaining concepts, which was very refreshing and appreciated!Whether you are looking for training for pet dogs or to do agility for fun or for competition, I highly reccomend On Target dog training!

We started our pups at On Target within 2 days of bringing them home. With Lynn’s gentle guidance and knowledge we have 2 amazing dogs who love to work with us. We moved onto agility once they were old enough, and the mind work has made our dogs much happier overall. They continue to thrive thanks to Lynn’s training and interaction with not only the dogs but us as well trying to learn so we can teach our pets.

We were taught well and are now practicing all the lessons with our two Doberman pups. Big difference from the first class to the last. Lynn knows dogs and knows how to train them. You won’t get babied by Lynn so expect straight constructive critiques. We liked that approach. We would definitely recommend Lynn and On Target!

We just completed basic obedience with “Dixie” our 7 month old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Dixie has made incredible progress in just 6 weeks. Lynn B is great at explaining the rationale behind the lessons and approaches used.I can’t wait for our next set of classes, a trick class sounds like it would be a ton of fun!! Thanks again for a great experience!

My dog and I got put in a class of dogs half his age. Koda being 10 months & other pups in the class were 4-6 months. My dog knew most of the basic training they were teaching. I felt as if we were put in the wrong class. The class size seemed to big to try and train all the dogs in such a hectic, loud space. We did not enjoy our experience at on target and when I emailed to reach out to express my concerns and ask for a refund, I didn't get a reply.Wouldn't recommend.

We opted for an in-home session with Lynn Inia, as most of the behavioural issues with our dogs take place at home. Lynn spent the entire morning with us, and when she was finished, we were left with a clear pathway of where to go from here. She was incredibly effective and painted a very clear, concise method of training for us. She not only shows you what is most effective, but explains why her method works, and supervises you while you practise.Lynn has spent her lifetime working with horses & dogs and her love of animals really shines through.We are looking forward to working further with Lynn & would highly recommend her as a dog trainer.Thank you Lynn!!!

Very satisfied with the training provided!Our dog is 2 1/2 and has ingrained bad habits but, with the training we have had, we have seen huge improvement.Lynn is straight forward and is a well of information.I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

My 7 month old pup and I have just completed the 8 week obedience class with Lynn at On Target, and I can say the improvement in my dog's behaviours is huge. She's a young dog, so has a lot to learn (as do I!) and I am happy for Lynn's expert training. No, it's not easy. Yes, the payoff is great. A well trained dog not only means a happier owner, but also a happier dog...and isn't that the point? I highly recommend On Target to all dog owners who wish their own dog was easier to handle" or "did what I wanted them to". Training is a completely worthwhile investment. Thanks
