Terrible experience. The employees and the store manager need training on how to handle customer complaints and how to effectively assist customers. The store manager is incompetent and acts very entitled. I bought hydrating face masks and after I left the store I noticed that the packet was torn and it leaked causing the bag to rip and further damaged other things I had bought. When I went back to tall to the store manager, he simply said there's nothing I can do at the store level". He did not even have the decency to apologize. I was extremely disappointed and just as I was leaving I asked him to replace the bag that had ripped and he had the audacity to ask for $0.30. The least he could do was give me a bag in that moment as a gesture of kindness.Seriously

I like the products, but the store is completely inaccessible. I have been in with a walker twice this month and have not been able to get around without someone to move the boxes for me, and even then I could not access at least half the store. When I brought this up to the employee, she informed me that I am not the first person to encounter this, and that leadership only cares about getting product out and getting shipments every two days. I do not fault the workers, but leadership needs to do better and make the store accessible to parents, disabled folks, and honestly everyone.

I was shop at the erin mills location on June 24 2023. Staff :CA1804 .When I shop I was accidentally and broke a cup on the shelf. I knew I have to pay for it anyways. But She act like I'm a thief and keep shaking her head. I'm not refuse to pay for it. Only 10 dollars product. I tired to talk to her . I recommend the shelves product should be more safe. But her attitude is so rude and means. She blame on me and made me look like im a thief . I'm the person come to rob the store or something. I went to cashier with her. She yell to me are you have to pay for it. I told her im going to pay for it. Im not run away. But she is on fire then start yell of me. It is 10 dollars product. It isnt a million and unlimited come on relax. 10 dollars is like a dollar now a day . I don't want to fight with her. Seem she never education how to deal with customers . She stress out to communicate with customers. She can talk to customer by many ways. But she chooses the worst how to communicate with customer. After I wanted to get her a name. She refused to give it to me. This location service is so bad compared any dollars shop. The person are without any smile at work . Hair is messy. She looks like a a zombie can't normally communicate with client. We are customers come to shop have a good time and feel welcome back with any situation in store. I can't believe I have to compare Miniso to dollars shop customer service . Please follow up the location customer serive and mangerment . The minimum the stuff has to tie her hair and wear makeup to work. And she really need a education and upgrade her customer services. So she can grow at Miniso company in future.

Very clean, well-lit store and very organized for your household goods! Their prices are very well priced. They specialize in household goods including cosmetics, stationery, toys, kitchenware and fitness as well. This store is consistent in layout with most franchises which makes it easy to purchase at other locations. They do a lot of collaborations with Disney, Sesame Street, Marvel and We Bare Bears to list a few. Most items are final sale except for some electronics which could be eligible for the 7 day return/exchange for defective electronics.The staff at this location are all very polite and courteous! If you need help, they'll know where to find your product but also can check in the back for you. This MINISO is located just West of the food court between Urban Planet and Su&Shi Noodle Bar.Do note, MINISO is not a Japanese store but is a Chinese low-cost retailer.

their blind boxes are cheap and if the one you buy is defective, they literally wont do anything about it. i opened the box in store and showed staff and was told to email customer service. customer service told me because it wasnt an electronic they cant refund or exchange it.if it was just dirt i could have just washed it off, but its melted into the figure. super disappointed as i used to love this store. wont be back.

I had bad experience with the store. They informed me I can return in 7 days but they refused me to do it. Store manager not finding solutions for us. Leaving us with disappointment. Not coming back.

I have visited the store several times, love the quality of their products!

Slightly smaller than other Miniso's but it's well stocked with a good variety of items. Their staff replenish the stock often so I tend to visit regularly to see if anything new and interesting is on the shelves. I've bought a few of the USB cables for Android and iPhone and they work perfectly. There are some items that you cannot exchange or return so ask if that is a concern.
