Advertised for months about COVID relief applications being ready to apply for on Dec 18th. Like everything else this year, you failed to ready the system to accept applications. It crashed before 8am PT.! How do you expect us to continue to have faith in our governments when you can’t even prepare for expected heavy traffic on your website? Seems we get screwed every step of the way and from every damn agency.

They'll start with a vague objective, create a redundant and burdensome process, forget to include reasonable performance metrics and Voila! Mission (poorly) accomplished!
