i love everything except for the chinese girl staff who shouted that our card was decline even though it has more than enough money inside. And just in case its declined no need to shout and announce it to the whole restaurant (this happened last December during our wedding day). Yesterday, we came back to Mandarin for the second time because of the food. Still, I am giving 4 stars because of what we’ve experience last december. Because first impression lasts..

First time ever at a Mandarin Restaurant and whoa, wow, Shazam.. I was amazed with the food selections and presentation. What I really liked is the wet lemon infused towel before eating given to everyone... then also afterwards.As you walk out wobbly from your food fix they ask if you Want a cotton candy! Made fresh and on a stick..Very great fun colorful place!

I have been a regular customer for about 5 years now, and I have to say my last visit was unequivocally the best service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Elaine and Ryan were especially courteous and agreeable, ensuring my visit was an indelible one. One does not typically expect premium service at all-you-can-eat establishment, but at this location, you better expect it because you will receive it. Oh yeah, the food was delectable as always.

Very amazing food, so fresh, delicious and lots of it to go around!!! Service is amazing, we had Ryan and Tin, very friendly and always on top of filling water, getting drinks and taking away plates. Went with my boyfriend for a date night and it was a great choice!!! Definitely worth coming. Even gave us a red envelope for Chinese new year with a coin, one of the owners personally came up and gave it to us and said thank you for coming. Pleasant atmosphere and decor is colourful and lively.

Had a great server today. Her name was Nana. She was so wonderful and so friendly. Always checking what we needed.Brought refills when she saw we were low on drinks. Would highly recommend getting her aeea when eating here.Amazing service.

Mandarin Restaurant provides exceptional service, delicious food, and a warm ambiance. Our waiter, Tin, was friendly and attentive. The appetizers and entrees were cooked to perfection and had great presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.

This is just a nostalgic place for me to visit maybe once a year! Don't expect top tier food, but it's still definitely good on an empty stomach with lots of options. Should be able to find something for most people. However, vegan options are super limited and no halal as far as I can tell.

Great food, lots of options. Awesome customer service, I never got to the bottom of my glass, they always had it full. Love the hot towels before and after your meal. They even took our picture and gave it to us in a fridge magnet for my Birthday.

The staff make this place a notch above! We are vegans, and the manager as well as a staff walked us through what was safe for us to eat, and the manager made special orders to the chef for meal preps. Vegans/vegetarians, do not hesitate to go.The atmosphere is warm and cosy. The service is excellent, and the dishes succulent. Some dishes are supremely delicious!!Thank you so much!!
