Foot Locker

It was my first time byuing from a Foot Locker.Not going to talk about prices because to each their own". To my pocket and from this first experience

Quite busy location but staff is definitely very helpful in speeding things up.

Even by the low standards of Foot Locker, this store manages to bring down levels of service. Employees chat with friends while customers-like me-stand like idiots, shoes in hand, waiting to try something on. Do what I did-get the style number, go online, and buy from a Canadian retailer. Stop encouraging this horrible brand.

The manager with french language doesn’t know how to talk to their customers. She was really rude and made us feel humiliated that lady is so unprofessional and some of the staff members too. They literally made us feel insulted I’m never going to that foot locker again. Staff needs to learn how to behave with customers.

Came to this store to return my online order, as the online returns process seemed like it was going to be a pain, and immediately was told that the shoes (that I'm returning due to being too small to even try on my feet) are too worn and cannot be accepted. I then waited while David (seemingly the manager) proceeded to badmouth me to the corporate customer service line in french, telling them I'm probably trying to defraud them before they can form their own opinion. While I admit that I didn't even look closely at the shoes' condition upon receipt, the condition they were in today was clearly not worn. Completely unprofessional service, and a clear reminder why I've shyed away from Foot Locker in the past. I will at the very least avoid this location like the plague.

Bought a pair of Curry’s and they refused to refund me after 27 minutes of purchase.They said I used the shoe. Lol how could I used them if was shopping for the next 2 in the mall. Went to another foot locker and returned the shoes with no issues after verification, they also confirmed shoes were not used.Lesson to be learnt, these guys are on commission so they will try any scam to not let you return your purchases. Sad business when u got kids working there.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced at a foot locker. They didn’t have my size and just walked away after telling me so. And you always have to run after them to get help even on slow days. Order online and save yourself from this mess

A bit difficult to get downtown Montreal these days but it is always a pleasure when you are greeted with a friendly smile in a language you understand. A bit pricey but if you look around you may find a good shoe for a reasonable price.

Sales people are very rude, the manager is rude..they don't know how to talk to customers..i don't recommande this brand ever and espacially this shop

Rude manager! scammed me selling fake shoes and would not return even when I was within the timeframe. Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost!
