Ordered a custom Lord of the Rings cake for a birthday and Cakes by Design knocked it out of the park. Not only did they execute the design perfectly and on time, but the cake was perfectly moist, with the perfect amount of berry filling and had the most delicious frosting. I always recommend Cakes by Design for all of your cake needs, but I definitely recommend them for custom orders!

Cakes By Design is fabulous. I have ordered most, if not all cakes for my special occasions from Cakes By Design. Most recently I received a beautiful cake for my daughter’s baby shower. Ordered a 6inch tall wedding cake. The cake itself was very good, but they didn’t have any boxes tall enough for it. So on the drive a bag shifted and smooshed the cake…. So be careful ordering any tall cakes from here.

Ordered a honeybee themed cake for my daughter's first birthday from here. The cake was sumptuous and delicious!! Definitely recommend.

Had our wedding cake and cupcakes done here and could not be more impressed! There are so many flavours to choose from, and the staff is super knowledgeable about which are the best combinations. Bonus - they're entirely peanut free, which was a huge concern of ours. We will definitely be ordering another round of cakes here soon to celebrate our first anniversary!

I was hosting a surprise birthday party for my fishing loving husband and ordered a custom cake. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for choosing Cakes by Design to create a cake that not only looked stunning but also tasted amazingly.
