The Station Apartments

I have applied for an apartment at The Station. The buildings and grounds are very nice. The unit floor plans are well thought out and functional. Alison and Liz are wonderful...very friendly and helpful, answering all of my many questions during the process. Looking forward to calling it home.

Living at The Station has been such a wonderful experience. Lindsay, the maintenance technician, always goes the extra mile and is very quick to respond to service requests. His work is very thorough. Alison and Liz, the Community Directors, are very welcoming and so helpful. They also add those extra touches that make it such a welcoming space. The apartments and amenities are high quality and the area is lovely! This is a great place for dog owners to call home.

My partner and I scheduled a viewing and got into see the place right away…Had our application reviewed and accepted in a couple days…Great layout and space. The person who showed us around was professional, polite, not pushy, and friendly. The overview and lease signing was quick and easy as well! We move in on the first of the month, can’t wait we’re looking forward to calling this our new home!

I love living here at The Station.The Station Apartments Team are just that. A great team to call when you need help with sink half full of water or how to operate a thermostat.Helpful, respectful and always courteous.

The Station is upscale living! Not only is there a fitness room and community room the staff that work here are friendly and welcoming. John is the maintenance provider in our community and he goes over and beyond to do a job well done!

Moving from a different province, my partner and I could not have asked for better service, help, guidance, and support! Everyone at The Station is so kind and truly cares for the well-being of the residents. We've now been living there for almost 1 year and we are still extremely happy with our decision to live here. Apartments are spacious and very modern. The staff is always helpful, super friendly, and welcoming, plus they organize activities for the residents! Truly awesome. The only downside is that there is no composting at this location. Living in 2021, the environmental impact of our living habits should extend garbage/recycling facilities. Perhaps it's in the plans for the near future?

The women in the office are very polite and informative. They made me feel very welcome and like i was family. I didnt feel like I was there to rent an apartment. I felt like i was there to join a growing family/community. I would definitely refer The Station Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great place to live. The buildings are clean and quiet. I saw maintenance working around the building keeping the inside and outside looking great. The residents who i came across are very welcoming. It was a great experience and i hope to be living there in the future.

Very well managed apartment. Clean and convenient facilities. Pet welcoming environment. Nice and quiet neighbors. Staffs are awesome; especially, they are willing to understand and help tenants. It should be hard to find such nice management staffs like Alison and Lindsay.
