Carolyn is a fantastic RMT. She assessed me thoroughly and suggested a comprehensive treatment plan. After my first treatment, i had a definite increase in my range of motion and way less stiffness. I highly recommend her!

When Carolyn opened her own business, I did not hesitate to go to her new location, which is easy to get as it is close to Riverside Drive and not far from the Queensway.I am seeing her for deep tissue massages. She takes her time to provide an excellent assessment. And each appointment begins with a follow-up of the last appointment. She takes note so your progress is well documented. One of my knee was stiff. After only three visits, it is so much better. I golf 3-4 times per week, walk on the golf course, even on uneven terrains. Thank you, Carolyn.

Professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her practice, Carolyn takes the time to listen to and assess her clients before treating them with a treatment plan that best suits their needs and goals. She has given me one of the most memorable and therapeutically beneficial massage therapy treatments I have ever had. She combines a variety of techniques that results in a simultaneously therapeutic and relaxing treatment. I am usually apprehensive about having my neck treated, but I could completely relax and trust that I am in good hands. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Ottawa area. I can't wait for my next treatment!

Carolyn gave me the best massage for my sore shoulders and hands. They had been tight for weeks and Carolyn's massage immediately gave me relief. Carolyn put my shoulders back in proper alignment so my range got better and no more pain!!! Carolyn understands anatomy and movement so well, her treatments are so well thought out. I highly recommend Carolyn and I can't wait for my next massage.
