I recently had my hair done by Brianna and I couldn't be happier with the results! I wanted highlights, a color, and a cut, and she did an amazing job. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me her expert advice on what would look best for my hair type and face shape. The highlights and colour she chose for me were perfect and complemented my skin tone beautifully. She was very precise and careful during the entire process. The cut was also amazing, she gave me a fresh new look that frames my face nicely.

Loved the outcome of my hair! Briana literally fixed my hair. After plenty of years trying to find a place that would do my hair the way I want it to be done I finally found it. Briana fixed my hair and I feel so much more confident with my hair. She turned it back to brown and gave me face framing layers and I absolutely love it. All were super nice! Loved the experience.

Gotten my hair done by Kristen who was nice. Wanted all over brown hair and it came out black after a wash it lightened up a bit but not to the colour I asked for. I came back the following week because I wanted it fixed to the colour I asked for. She ended up doing all over brown highlights, which turned out much better from what I wanted. I assumed this would be free of charge because she didn’t do what I wanted but I was charged with the cost of product. An additional $150 for that appointment. I was really unhappy with this service. I will not be a returning customer, as they made me pay for their own mistakes on the service.

Got tone, and cut from Briana. She did so well! I got a wolf cut and i got so many compliments. She did exactly what I asked for. Everyone complimented me the next day. Place was clean, everyone was friendly. What else could I ask for. Totally recommend.

Came here very recently and got highlights by Briana. She made the colour more beautiful than ever! The blow dry she gave me was incredible stayed styled for 4 days Briana is the only person I trust with handling my hair.

I went into this salon as a new client as my regular hairdresser was busy. Clearly a huge mistake on my behalf. I had gotten my hair done by Kirsten whom I found on Instagram. I was quoted for a full head of reverse balayage $185-$220. When I went in for my appointment I explained that I wanted to add dimension of brown into my blonde hair and showed photos for reference. She ended up adding 6 foils at the top of my head and toning my hair. While I was unsure of this process and asked multiple times if it’s best to just dye my whole head brown, she assured me this route was best. When it was done the colour of my hair was lighter than I wanted. I looked past this as it still looked decent at best and cashed out. To my surprise the 6 foils and toner was a total of $285 before tip.I paid and left but then began to question why it was so expensive as she did much LESS to my hair than I was quoted for. I called the next day to make sure the pricing was correct because perhaps she messed up at check out, everyone’s human it happens! Nope. She told me that was the price and that was that. In addition to this, I would like to add it’s been a WEEK since I’ve gotten my hair done and the toner that was added has since WASHED out of my hair. Bringing me back to blonde and out of the $285.00. So instead of trying to again reached out to this establishment about their wrong doing and wasting my time over what has been done and what felt like I was being scammed, I decided to write a review to WARN ALL of my experience.
