Yes you buy on line, fine with it but then if you need to follow up with customer service it's worth 0 out of 10; as like a new fridge and door on the wrong side so you have to call after and put a special order so they will show at a specific time and day; after 4 attempts of being home for this service when it's booked and they do not show up, X4 times in a row to create these special orders that goes no where after 2 weeks. I was even told that I should do it myself!?? What!? or even hire someone to do it and they would give me a credit to pay $75!? So got a new fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen all this time as I can not put it back in place as I need to use it and open that door from wrong side! Really, you fly to the moon an come back in less time than they will show up to do the proper job at my place! Ridiculous! :( PS: Finally the problem was resolved after 2 weeks of waiting and doing new special work orders every two days, not great!

Miles was incredibly helpful. I arrived to the store after verifying online that the chairs I wanted were in stock at this location (20 chairs available). To my surprise the colour I looked up was not displayed with the other chairs. I asked someone for help, they directed me to Miles, who tirelessly searched for the colour I wanted. He literally went everywhere. He finally found them somewhere (I guess the back room) stacked away somewhere hidden.I was so grateful the long journey to this location was not wasted. Miles carried the chairs up to the front register for me. They look great in my backyard. Thank you, Miles for the excellent customer service! I hope Home Depot employs more people like Miles!

The most disgusting store service I have ever had and I would never put my foot in here again. I spent thousand of dollars here over the years as I live nearby. I rather drive 15min to the next store than come here again until management get some serious customer service training.Situation: 2 clients buying the same product one beside another. The men got a price match for soil and me, a women right behind him, is denied to buy the exactly same product. “Oh it’s a mistake”. However, the man was stillAble to go through and purchase his product and the manager just said he wouldn’t honor for me the same deal.It’s obviously that if I was a men buying, the conversation would have been different and he would have given me the same discount and make whatever changes he wanted to make moving forward as we were the ONLY 2 customers buying the product.I have never felt so disrespected to be treated differently and not be given a discount at the same exactly second a man is getting one.Guess Home Depot here is a “men’s store”.Absurd. Period!

This is my favorite home depot and I don't care if having a favorite home depot makes me a boring adult. It's a bit hidden and not many people know it's there so it's typically frequented by industry professionals instead of weekend warriors meandering around. I can get in get out and easily find staff to help me! Amazing!

Just came back from Home Depot Curity store. I can’t say enough about the top customer service I got from Brian S, who was extremely pleasant and helpful in helping me find items in the store. Also Jeanna, who was nice and very professional and arranged for contractors to contact me for work that I need done.Two thumps up for this team!

My favourite location. Not difficult to find someone when you need help.I often need lumber cuts. Everyone I've dealt with for cuts has been great and have made my projects go super quick. This is in contrast to Lowes who will huff and puff about extra cuts". I've heard them say they only do cuts "in order for the material to fit in your vehicle" at Lowes. Not helpful! My number one reason for coming here instead even though Lowes is closer."

I like this home Depot that is close to my house. It has a great variety of product, including the Garden session. The Service is good too.

When shopping online, I saw the store has over 100 units of product on hand I wanted to buy. I called to confirm as I planned to buy all of them and didn't want to drive from Guelph to find out that product is not available. An employee took my phone number and called me in an hour to confirm that 70 units were found and they put them on hold for me. We were agreed that I come next to pick up my items as shipping option was not available. So, I drove to the store to find out that only 30 were available

My favourite Home Depot store to shop. They have great selection of products at competitive price. I want to mention about Jessie-Sales associate/ specialist in Electrical department. He is an amazing person, very knowledgeable and helped me in picking up the right items that I needed for repair at my home. He answered my construction related questions in a very simple and efficient manner.Great Service !!!
