TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Terrible customer service! Staff are rude and lazy they locked the door before their posted closing time.

Transferred money from my UK bank to my relatives account at this branch, only to be informed that they did not receive the correct amount. Checked my account and I have been debited the correct amount, it would seem TD Canada Trust have taken amount of money off my transfer, this was not there money, so as far as I’m concerned it’s theft. They did not inform my bank of this, or explain the reason. As with most reviews you can’t put no stars, so got one star, which they don’t deserve.

Terrible service, a simple question on what happen to my email transfer required to call back office. Sounds like back office is not part of TD. I ask can you call for me? She said they are busy as there are other customers behind me. What a good excuse!

This morning i met a new teller lady and specifically told her exact amount to change to $5 and $10 bills. Surprisingly, she didn't even count money in front of me. Just took the money and start to working on. She came back 3 times with wrong amount. Everytime i had to tell her exact no. of bills. Was it too hard for her??? Wasting 20 minutes. She never apolozied...Please someone train her basic 101.

You may not know there’s a discrimination called Cantonese speakers discriminating Mandarin speakers. I have experienced the worst such discrimination in this branch for many times, not just for me, but for all the Mandarin speakers. Especially a short lady with short hair. I was astonished to see her yelling at an old lady customer at the counter and spoke out loudly the amount of money she was planned to withdraw. I personally dealt with this lady twice,and every time she showed an arrogant, rude, discrimination attitude with big loud voice. She doesn’t have any professional manner. I’m sure you’ll quickly recognize her if you’ve ever visited this place.

I am an Auto repair shop owner and have TD business account. The front counter lady declined my insurance repair pay cheque with the reason that the title is not exactly same as my company’s name just because the insurance company put some extra information after my company’s name.Unbelievable, I deposited exactly same title cheques couple times before, I never had any troubles , but it’s declined this time , why ???I asked the staff and manager to pull out the cheques saved the image which has the same title and none problems with deposit before, but the answer they gave me is “ I don’t know which cheque is unless you told me.”It’s unbelievable the different staff can make different criteria !Thanks for the “fantastic servic “!I won’t be with you guys any longer !

I had been coming to this td since I was in hs and I never had any problems with their customer service until today. I made an appt to see the financial advisor, Siyu (Iris) Liu at 2pm a few days prior to today. My dad and I came 5 mins early and see her in her office on the phone. The male financial advisor that was also working today greeted us right away which was great. We were fine with waiting since it technically wasn't our appt time yet. Other td staff came over to us as well to make sure we are ok, and told us Iris is just wrapping up. We were expecting wrapping up" would be max 5 minutes

Been here to raise the limit of my credit card. Dong Li is very professional on her work, she did points out several areas that I miss about. So I did sigh lots of paper today and notice some policy from TD bank. Again, very good costumer service and your advice is truly helpful; thanks.

Not good for business.. staff are not capable of understanding business needs nor corporate structure. We have had to fill out the same forms 3 different times for a simple change and it gets lost each time.So impossible to connect with anyone, finally our company has had enough after 11 years we are switching to CIBC, they actually want the business and value customer service.

Very poor customer service how you get treated is based on how much money you have in your bank. they act like their elite … when their as common as you & I .
