I called Tuesday morning and Shirley picked up the first ring and she was extremely helpful and kind. I had an appt Friday with the nurse practitioner Julia who was also thorough and not the least bit dismissive of my concerns. Yes in the past I have had to call a couple of times but I have always gotten through and again Shirley has always been respectful.

It is next to impossible to get through on the phone to even book an appointment. There is no answering machine therefore you just have to continue trying to get through. I’m currently on week 3 of trying to get through.

Well we were just looking for a walk in clinic and the receptionist was so rude to us just for asking and asked where the nearest place was. Snarls at as she says Walkerton hospital turned her vack when we were asking so rude and uncurtious. Rude much??? We were trying to call for about 2 hrs to see what their status was but no one seem to answer the phone at all.
