5 stars is not enough for everything Vanessa did to help with our wedding coordination! She was there every step of the way and helped ensure that our entire day ran smoothly. She is easy to get along with and our family and wedding party loved her. She even made a makeshift bouquet for me when I decided at the last minute that I was going to do a bouquet toss but didn’t want to give away a bridesmaids bouquet. It was so great knowing we had Vanessa there to help with anything that came up before and during our wedding.

Vanessa was incredible. I can’t put into words how amazing she was and how she really made our wedding day perfect. Anything we needed Vanessa didn’t hesitate. I can’t imagine my day being as smooth and incident free as it was without her. 15/10 recommendation!

We couldn’t thank Vanessa enough for making our day special! 3 weeks before our wedding our venue shut down and then numbers dropped. In One day Vanessa put together a whole beautiful wedding that turned out even better then our original plan and we couldn’t be more happy, I don’t think we could have made it happen without her. Vanessa is so organized, has so many great ideas and makes the whole experience fun, enjoyable and not stressful at all! We highly recommend Dio events for you wedding !!

Vanessa is incredible!! We had Vanessa as our wedding coordinator and I am so thankful we did! She was always on top of everything and went above and beyond and also was very patient with me especially when I made several seating chart changes. She thought of all the little things, from setting up our decor, she kept us and our large families organized the day of and she was so thoughtful during the day to bring us drinks and cocktail appetizers while we were getting photos done. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, and would highly recommend her to everyone!

Having Vanessa as our day of coordinator was one of the best things we could have done for our wedding.We knew we wanted a coordinator from the day we started wedding planning. Thinking that it would help keep things on track, so that our parents or close friends wouldn’t have to step in and not enjoy the day. What we didn’t know is how detail oriented, thoughtful and reliable she would be.Vanessa was always two steps ahead of everything. She did things we didn’t even think of. She organized vendors, dealt with problems that arose in a calm way, all the way to the small things like bustling my dress, and grabbing the wedding party drinks for photos.She made our day very memorable and helped us really be able to enjoy it. Even guests commented on how hard she was working, and we had multiple people second guessing not having a day of coordinator for their wedding.If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, or Vanessa as your coordinator, I would highly recommend doing it. You will not be disappointed!

I could not have imagined our wedding day without the support of Vanessa. She worked tirelessly to make sure our day went off without a hitch and nailed it. Hiring Vanessa as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made! She helped coordinate all the vendors leading up to the wedding and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be on the big day. She constantly checked in with us to see if we needed help with planning or timeline issues and she was always just a text away! Our wedding day ran so smoothly because of all her behind-the-scenes work, and my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day completely! Vanessa was bubbly, personable and so fun to work with! Vanessa is an absolute wedding planning genius! The best investment I made for the Big Day was having Vanessa be our Day-of-the-event coordinator. I would describe her as my Wedding Mom"; She was on top of everything throughout the whole day so that I could actually enjoy my day and not worry about the logistics of it all.
