First time going there, and we’re definetly going back! I can’t even begin to describe the flavours of the food, nonetheless all the work that is behind it! Everything is handmade and home made, the staff is more than welcoming and we couldn’t even finish off our plates because we were too full! They should be very proud of what they have built!

Had high hopes for this place but it did not deliver. I think the reviews are way too high. Food does not taste authentic. Naans are store bought and taste cheap. Service and prices are good, ambiance is nice, but food definitely does not pass the test. They are wayyy better small Indian restaurants in Ottawa.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The owner and staff were incredibly accommodating throughout the evening, catering to our specific needs and preferences. The food served was outstanding, with a simple yet delicious variety of authentic Indian dishes that impressed all our guests - particularly the samosas. Indian Cuisine Express is a small gem that delivers big on hospitality, making it the perfect venue for any intimate gathering.

Love the food.Fairly a small place for dining in, but amazing food for delivery or takeout. If you are in the neighborhood and are hungry for some delicious south Asian food, don't miss this place. I sure will be back if I'm in the neighborhood.

This is a hidden gem and I am almost afraid to give it a review because it may become too busy and I won't ever get a table in this little restaurant again. The food is of top quality. We ordered 4 dishes and 2 appetizers. Every single dish tasted different and of course, delicious. It was hard to choose a favourite dish, but we all agreed that the lamb was cooked and spiced wonderfully. The service was great and the chef deserves all the accolades for her culinary talents .

Nothing like it having a hot cooked homely meal after a long day outing and hiking….We had a great dinner at Cuisine Express Indienne..the food was good ,very well portioned .The owner of the restaurant Asma was really a warm person and offered mild spicy food as per our requirement.well flavoured indian food at a very good price…

I've been saying for years that the Gatineau area needs an indian restaurant...we hit the mother load! This is fine indian dinning, yet so casual. The chef cooks it from scratch ones it's ordered, and boy is it hot from the pot!When I steped out, I was already excited for my next visit.
