Pedi n Nails Dundas East

Came here on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened and it was almost full already. I had my shellac removed, Mani and Pedi with regular polish. Tony did a great job, quick, clean, and relaxing. Great prices for downtown too. Will come back!

They’re okay. I find the manicures don’t last and they’re a tad messy.Editing from 3 to 2. It’s been a few more days and the manicure hasn’t lasted at all. 2 of us went and both aren’t really holding up

My usual place to go and service is always great but this last time i wanted designs on my nails for pride and Nee from the staff was so patient and precise and I love the way they turned out.

Was served here by lovely Marie and she did an incredible job! Came in to get acrylic nails done and was EXTREMELY pleased with the results. Everybody here was very very pleasant and nice, would definitely recommend! Thank you so much Marie, see you again soon! :)

The first time I came with my mom was when they had newly opened I think, back in Oct 2022. They were very accommodating and attentive. So I return with my 2 sisters, my mom and myself early May 2023 prior to Mother's day. I have to admit that was not a good visit. Although the gentleman and lady that did my nails and my mom's was great, the ladies that my sisters got seems to be in a rushed and not listening to what they wanted. I was upset at that because I wanted them to experience what I did the first time we came. I can safely say that was their first and last visit there. Frankly, I will no longer take my mom there either. She is elderly and I was not comfortable with that 2nd visit . I may visit again by myself one last time due to convenience...but this is up in the air. Their work is good, that part I am going to give. Customer service is a different ball game.

My first visit to Pedi n Nails. I called ahead and the ladies were able to give an appointment. When I arrived, they were all so welcoming and friendly and they started straight away to work on my pedicure. After that one of the nail experts, Ming did such an amazing job with my acrylic refill and shellac color for my mani. She pays a lot of attention to details, shaping my nails to make them look perfect. Also, while putting the polish she made sure to cover the nail fully and added crystals for me to finish the look.Conclusion: I will definitely be coming back every two weeks to fix my nails and I definitely recommend this place to everyone.Also prices are very good and you get great quality of work for your money.

Jennifer has got to be the best mail tech there is!! she is so precise and also very nice. She is very thorough and knew the colour I wanted from looking at the picture once. I highly recommend!!!! ❤️

I went to this nail shop around 6pm for shellac manicure. And the result is really really bad.I don't want to blame the place, or other workers there. I can see and hear some of workers have good nail polish skills and customer service.However the person who took care of me did really bad nail polish and customer service.She never talked to me. Because she doesn't talk to me, i had to follow her gesture for all the process. which is pointing out the lamp means i need to put my hands in the lamp.The most important thing is my nails looks so bad seriously. She didnt care at all. Nails surface is not smooth at all. Andusually when nail technician finds dust or some crumble during the nails polishing, they remove it. This person just put top coat on it. Its very visible that its impossible to not catch.i regret so much that gave more than 20% tips for her.I went back to show my nails and explain about it but they didnt do anything, and just talk themselves in their language.If anyone want to try here, please pick right person. Some technician should be ok.

I had a pedicure done and I’m happy with the service. It is clean and the lady working on my toes was very friendly and took care and precision to do her work.What was not very nice was that a colleague of her kept coming and rushing her!! Although they spoke in Vietnamese I could sense it and she was showing it with her body language. She came to rush her about 4 times!! That made me very nervous and did ask her on her 3rd visit what this is about, she smiled and said: oh! Nothing.Other than that, I’m happy with the quality of the work and cleanliness of the place
