Tofu was still cold, it’s clearly premade and refrigerated or frozen, texture was horrible.Do not ask me to email you more details, that’s it. You have enough info. Stop gaslighting the public and doing fake PR and take action.Take a look everyone: despite my comment above, they continue to gaslight you into thinking they care, they responded with the same generic message asking for details to be emailed.No one is reading your review, they don’t care. They just want your money.

Rien à voir avec les autres Thai Express. You’ll end up throwing it away because of how bad it is. I had the general tao, it tasted like ketchup and the rice was overly wet.

They're very efficient and their workplace looks very clean for the all-day smoke and fire, I'll give them that. However, this is not the taste I expect from a TE... there is basically no taste other than the spicy sauce. Don't ever wanna try again at the same place.

Yummiest fast food" Thai or even Asian fusion grub I have had makes Thai Express a regular go-to when the situation arises. The food is always super efficient and made to order.The menu caters good options for both meat eaters and veggies

The cashier was very rude and it was not the first time that she had a lot of attitude. I ordered a Pad Thaï. Generally, the Sriracha sauce and the peanuts are on the side where you can choose how much you want to put. This time it wasn’t, so I asked the cashier, a woman in her 20’s, to give me some Sriracha. Instead, she poured the sauce over my dish and said “Is it enough?”. It was so much spice and I couldn’t eat it. After, I had a big stomach ache. I am usually very shy, so I didn’t know what to do. The other time that I came and asked for the sauces, she gave me a face and was also very rude. When I couldn’t hear her and asked again , she replied with so much rage. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there. If you face the same problems, don’t come to their place or ask for another dish.

I’ve been here twice recently, first time I was probably the first customer of the day… I was served leftover chicken. The second time it was middle of a lunch hour rush and it was just as bad. The chicken was not fresh and had after taste of shrimp. You need to ask for ustensiles( the cook mumbled something about having to pay), how are you supposed to eat your meal?!A greeting and a thank you were once considered common courtesy.

Ordered a Pad Thai from this location. There was no tofu and very little sauce. I also ordered my dish to be spice level 3 (Spicy") and the dish did not have even a bit of spice to it - making the dish very bland. Pad Thai from Thai Express is usually my go-to food court food because the quality is more or less consistent across all locations. This location was an exception

the worst pad thai I’ve ever had. and the service is soooooo slow. it took them 30 minutes ! unorganized and the pad thai tastes like tomato and salt. never again
