My experience is very similar to many already listed. I booked a truck 2 weeks ahead of time. When I arrived there were NO trucks in the parking lot. When I went in and asked about my truck the women yelled at me as if it were my fault the truck wasn't available! No explanation was given to me, no offer to find me a truck anywhere else, just basically to bad so sad for you."How do people get a U Haul Franchise that don't have comprehension skills

Uhual is not the company to rent with at all we made a reservation and I had to call to find out they gave it to another customer for an extended time period. This is now the second time they have done somthing like this. Not renting with uhual in the future! Very disappointed in their customer service and Services. Your reservation is never garuteeded.if I could rate a zero I would

Went to go pick up truck at our designated time, the guy have no idea where the truck was. He called his boss and he had no idea either, he said he could track it down for us but it might be a couple hours. We cancelled the truck and walk away pretty irritated.

This owner was very cheap. I refuel the vehicle and brought back in time. but they ask me to refuel it and said it was not exactly what i used. i actully filled more than what i used. The miles on the vehicle also showed what i used. First experience worst experience. Try to avoid this location.. Does U haul really care about the people feed back. Have they ever cancelled the franchise based on what people said

very disappointed after booking a van from a location close to my place they changed me to a location far away. I tried to get some coverage for the extra mileage caused for the distance and the only solution they gave me was the cancelation of my booking. if they can honor it they shouldn't make it available on the website.

Should have read the reviews before booking a truck. Reserved a truck a month ago, show up for my scheduled time and there’s no 15ft available. Really set things back for my moving day. Completely unimpressed.

The truck that I booked in advance was not ready on the day I planned to move!! Very, very frustrating and all this location offered to help was to suggest I contact the head office in Vancouver. Not at all helpful!! Avoid this location at all costs. I would suggest looking for a mover or someone with a truck on Kijiji or you might be stuck like me hoping I can find some friends to help out last minute!!
