Peter was very helpful in finding the perfect truck for me. The service I received from the Glenoak Ford Downtown in Victoria has been a very nice experience and I will definitely be taking my truck there for regular servicing and maintenance. I'm so happy with my new F150 and the assistance i received at Glenoak. Matt, the salesperson, and Paul, the sales manager, were amazing. They brought in my F150 in the colour i had to have with the features i wanted so quickly (1 day) and were very responsive to all my questions . I had a pleasurable exerience from looking to test driving to driving away with my new truck . I was happy to not have to endure any high pressure sales tactics. What a great experience for me!Here’s an edit I went back to Glenoak and bought a fabulous Ford Edge Titanium in the most beautiful faded, metallic blue colour. I love my Edge. It’s loaded with safety and comfort features and I love it every bit as much as my F150. The staff at Glenoak downtown were amazing. I happened to be in buying my Edge mid day and hadn’t had lunch, I mentioned being hungry and suddenly this amazing delicious food was brought in and offered to me. What great customer service, top notch all the way, everyone went above and beyond to make another amazing experience buying a new vehicle for me.

Went in for what I wanted off of Glenoaks website. They we able to get me in to what I wanted for what was right for me that day. A friendly bunch of ppl. I felt as if I had made some new friends. They were courteous and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience. And here is my 2009 Ford Ranger of choice they sold me.

I've worked with GlenOak Ford's sales department and service department for multiple years and recently I got the pleasure of buying a pre-owned vehicle from them. LOVE our new 2020 Ford Explorer!!!! We are truly a Ford Family" and the sales and service we get at Glen Oak Ford is exceptional - they make buying a vehicle FUN - the way it should be! There are 3 generations of our family travelling the roadways in vehicles Paul and his team have sold us. I had the oldest one in the fleet - a 2007 Escape - which Paul had been trying to gently persuade me to upgrade for a few years. I'm a hard sell when things are working just fine

He went over and above to make what I was looking for work for me. Absolutely no pressure sales, super nice guy with a sideways sense of humor.
