Great place to take your dogs

Great place for your pup for the day, weekend or whatever. Very clean and well run facility. I'm sure my pup loves the heated kennel lol

Best pet care in the Cariboo!

Left my dog for the day. He had been there several times in two years just for the day - no problems. This day I noticed the dogs were loose in the kennel - no one around. I put my dog in my vehicle drove up the driveway and glanced at my dog in the backseat. His face and neck were swollen. I'm talking softball sized swelling. Backed down the driveway - got the owner. He looked at my dog, having no idea that he was hurt. Took him to the vet in WL day after - vet was not amused in any way. A few days later, once the swelling went down, you can see the puncture holes in his lips and under his chin. It was not a quick nip and run - my dog was bitten several times by one dog or ganged up on by a couple of dogs. Called the owner - he apologized. Guess he wasn't listening to or watching the dogs he is paid to care for. Stuff happens, I get it - but not being close enough when dogs are loose inside or outside. Not acceptable.only reason there is one star - have to for posting
