Next-Steps Employment Centre
I am writing this review to help people who are in the same situation as me (job seeker). Sometimes we think we know but not, and that thoughts keep us behind the truck repeating doing wrong things and later we do not know what the problem is until we give up. Please use employment centre (next step) it's really help. They have different Workshop sessions that teach people on how to prepare themselves for the interview which is the key to job. Please make sure you attend all the workshops sessions that includes the resume, cover letter and you will see the different. It is not a waste of time at all. GO AND EXPERIENCE YOURSELF. Good luck!

It's a joke.... I recently called in to find more information about the hidden job market, but I got an idiot on the phone named jimmy" who can't even answer my question properly. Telling me oh we cannot disclose any information about what company in coming on the day of February the third "which is tomorrow"

Really great staff and resources at this centre. The workshops and one on one sessions are very helpful and effective. Learnt a lot about the Canadian job market and processes. Definitely recommend if you are a newcomer to Canada.

Wonderful people going the extra mile to provide you all the support you need for the next steps on your career. A lot of very informative workshops and also one on one sessions to help you be fully prepared. Really glad l found them to guide me as a newcomer in Canada

This centre deserves more recognition for all the support they provide to people looking for work or education. They welcomed me with open arms while finding every possible way to help me. Isabel and Christine and the rest of the staff got me a job interview today and I start work tomorrow. These are real quality people who love to help. God bless these women.

This center deserves more than 5 stars. If you are looking for a job, you have to come here. I learned a lot from the workshops with resume writing, cover letter and how to get prepared for interviews. They have other great resources that are beneficial as well. All the staff are lovely and always happy to help. I suggest for everyone to come here because they taught me how to get prepared for employment. I am beyond happy with their service because I got the position I wanted.

I went to Next-Steps for resume and job hunting help. It had been 16+ years since I last looked for work and job searching has changed! I recommend Next-Steps for anyone in that situation, first time job seekers or anyone searching for a job in general - every visit I made I learned something new. Also they are at a great location - free parking or steps from the TTC.
