Giving a star due to the fact that they offer same-day estimate but the results of my services were disappointing. Tech came to check out my laptop and gave us two options: cheaper option with lower rate of success and $400 option with 50-100% rate of success.We were advised that if we went with the cheaper option, the problem with my laptop would return. Paid for the higher priced service and 1.5 weeks later, the problem is back on my laptop and it’s broken again! Despite not doing anything out of normal routine of using Google and Microsoft Office. Disappointed with this service, especially as I previously left a good review that I’ve now deleted due to this happening.

This place does NOT exist! Do NOT waste your making your way down as I did because this place is not here and 205 - 330 Main could NOT be their address as the second floor is a maintenance floor as per the building receptionist who has had other people come to her looking for this non-existent place.
