Purchase my u-force 600 last summer. Paid cash! Didn't use it much approx 250 kms. The Port Sydney dealer I purchased it from said they are all like that new . This last winter I put a plow on it. When the snow came and I tried plowing it became unusable. It would get stuck in gear and grind. I called the dealer he said bring it in. I brought it in.I picked it up a few days later I brought it home tried to use it, same thing. I called them back. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He neverDid. I had to hire someone to plow.I called several times and couldn't get anyone. I eventually got through and talked to the actual owner. He said. Don't worry, we will look after you. Again, no callbacks. Come this spring I decided to take it somewhere else. I brought it to a Orillia Power Sports They fully service the bike for half the cost. Adjusted my cable. Now It works like it should. I almost sold it over this. I did talk to the CF Moto dealer in Barrie. They were very nice and said they would look after me. Just didn't want to travel that far. That's why I bought it locally! I'm not the kind of person to complain or write something like this. When you buy something like this brand new and pay damn good money for it. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a little more. That being said, from now on I wouldn't let them fix my lawn mower.

I drive over an hour out of my way to get unsurpassed service! The manager Allison knows her stuff all the staff are great and you can find great deals here. Newer outlet from the hwy 400 store so not alot of stock yet but they have anything on your way you may need. Tell them Steve sent you lol!
