I came into the salon wanting to fix a terrible haircut I received a couple weeks ago. Trust me, it was cry-yourself-to-sleep bad. I was crossing my fingers to get at least something decent but omg, I never expected to leave the salon SO HAPPY!Kara was the miracle I needed. She really took her time with my thick, dense hair and gave me my dream hairstyle. Not only did she fix my previous haircut but she gave me tons of movement while keeping the integrity of my hair.As soon as she was done I knew I had found my forever stylist. I can’t be more thankful for Kara and her amazing skills. I’d recommend this woman to ANYONE, any day.

Probably the best salon in town. The vibe is good. Last time I was in, it was VERY clear that the employees work well together as a team. Krystal provides amazing nail service and Emma is the wonderful and kind for my regularly scheduled haircuts.

Edit: One year later and I still love going here. Rebecca is a hair goddess. I also totally recommend Chantal for any of your nail needs. She is so talented and kind.Rebecca is a wonderful hairstylist. She listened to everything I wanted while also providing her expert opinion for the best outcome. She is very friendly and while washing your hair, she is amazing at not washing off your makeup. I'm always pleased with her work.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. My first time here and first time with hairdresser Jessica and it was an absolute blast. Everyone who works here is so fun and friendly making it very comfortable to stay here for a couple of hours for your hair appointment. Jessica is very knowledgeable and that perfect balance between listening to what you want and making sure that it works for your hair type, face shape, etc. Beyond impressed with their service and staff here.

Really loved it.. Kara did an amazing job.. I was nervous in the beginning as this was my first hair cut in Canada.. But, she made me comfortable and was able to patiently hear all my concerns and expectations.. Definitely gonna recommend Shear Beauty to my friends.. ❤❤

Whitney Brewer did an amazing job on my cut and colour, it was exactly like the pictures I showed her. I’m very happy with the results, I’ll definitely be going back to her.

I have been looking for a stylist I could be happy with since I moved to New Brunswick just over a year ago. I have tried at least 4 other salons for curly cuts paying curly cut prices, one salon actually cost more than $400. Although I cant say I hated the cuts I can't say I was happy with them either. I took a chance based on reviews and booked a haircut at Shears, I asked for someone who can work with curly hair and was given an appointment with Rebecca. It's been about a week now and I am so happy with my hair cut! Rebecca did an exceptional job on my hair, she doesnt do 'curly cuts', but let me tell you this is by far the BEST cut I've had since I left Ontario. Rebecca is personable, friendly and professional. Actually everyone at the salon was very friendly! And their pricing doesnt break the bank!!! Definitely will be rebooking with Rebecca!!

Reliable. That's an important word in a world emerging from flowbee hairstyles and needing someone to cut my hair other than the aspiring me with a trimmer looking to be in the military. I have been to other places and didn't get the reliable that I appreciate when wanting my hair to look more than the covid mullet. Prices have not yet been affected by inflation and you'll definitely get in and out, or if you need a social listener, they have those too.

I had my hair lightened and cut by Chris yesterday and I am so SO happy with it. He didn't such a good job of listening to what I wanted and giving his thoughts on what would be best. I can't thank Chris enough for all the time and effort he put into my hair. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting their hair done.
