Excellent prices, sales associate was helpful in helping me choose hardware. I was limited as we are purchasing hardware for an existing kitchen, plus an addition. She did not seem annoyed when I changed my mind twice. Would return again.

They were very rude to us. This store is not open for public even though our contractor send us there.

I have been in the cabinetry business for many years and this is the WORST SUPPLIER I have ever dealt with.Terrible grasp of the English language.Lowest quality Chinese product on the market.I purchased a garbage pullout from JC hardware and based on the catalog specifications I designed a kitchen so their pullout would fit. The dimensions in their catalog did not match with actual dimensions when I received the product. When I tried to return the product they said 50% restocking fee even though the mistake was completely their's. I tried explaining the situation and was met with hostility. After much arguing with Jeff I agreed to a 15% restocking fee with no consideration to shipping expense or my time to re-build the kitchen. When I sent my employee to JC hardware to make the return Jeff would not honour the 15% agreement and I was forced to accept the 50% fee.Don't be swayed by their low price - it is all landfill and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS.

Not very friendly and when I asked the sale lady for the price of an item she said one amount then when I went to pay for it she said it was more expensive then the amount she originally quoted me . Would not honour the original price basically said take it or leave it , they don’t seem to care .

JC is a distributor of a European kitchen hardware. We keep doing ongoing business with them. Good service. But sometimes out of stock.

This place is fast and prices are competitive and there staff all seem very knowledgeable about products.

Services were great very good although i ve given 4 stars due to slection of goods i would have liked a better slection of drawer sliders and cost are a bit high.

I am a small business contractor and I love this JC because it's Best price and best service in town,Richelieu too over price and low service, because they think you need them.
