Love the drinks and food is delicious as well. I get that the employees are busy however I would appreciate if they’d greet or acknowledge you when you step up to the till ! Several times now I’ve just got a blank gaze while they wait for me to order. The first time in I wasn’t even sure if they were ready for me to order or not due to this. A simple hi would be plenty. Otherwise lovely! Don’t order a meal if you don’t have extra time as it’s not fast food. Food is delicious and fresh. Worth the wait.

Great place to chat and catch up with friends. It can be busy, and that's for good reason! Good drinks and great food with a palpable buzz of positive social vibes. Hotshots has always been an active supporter of local clubs like the bike club.

Stopped for breakfast, had the spicy breakfast bagel and beef brisket hash, along with a hot and iced coffee. Reasonably priced, quick service a d delicious. Gorgeous outdoor eating area to enjoy the sunshine.

Very cool spot to stop in Cranbrook. The granola is decent.Maybe try a latte instead of a cappuccino next time or a tea.Also just realized the granola cup I got cost 12$!

A little busy for a coffee shop, and I don't mean the amount of clientele however that was a generous busy-ness level as well. Neat environment to have a lunch break in.The service was speedier than expected and very vibrant. I appreciate very much, a delicious coffee that can make my taste buds dance for joy and bright smiles to start the day.Thanks for a warm start to a cool day Hot Shots Rocks!

Amazing food.I took an extra meal for the next day and just asked for the sauce separate and anything else that could just ruin it. Wasn’t expecting much - the chef said “I got you!” And boy did she!Separated with simple instructions.Just going the extra mile!!I am so happy with my first time leftovers!

Hot Shots has been my meet up place, my picker upper for years!!! The crew works so hard and must be appreciated. Thanks guys. I love all their pastry, my 3 year old loves the teriyaki noodle bowl. Brie sandwich is my go to, w/ Cafe Rollo and a stoke drink- warrior.Always a happy gal

Stopped here for breakfast and lunch again. Both times the food was amazing and coffee was excellent. Will be stopping by here every time we pass through and recommending it to others. Great for dietary restrictions and good options for healthy meals. Thanks again!
