A truly wonderful experience. The ten spot team make you feel welcome, valued and relaxed from the moment you walk in. The team is both nowledgeable and good at what they do. I loved my pedicure! Also the space is so light, bright and airy. I will definately be back!

Incredibly negligent staff, though they are quite nice. I’ve had services forgotten often. There’s a high turnover rate so no one gets trained properly, honestly spend the same amount going to a nicer spa or something. Deeply disappointed as the services are incredibly expensive.

The staff are professional and friendly. As a person with cancer I need a little help and their concern for my safety and comfort was amazing. I had the greatest manicure and pedicure and I left their beautiful shop feeling very pampered. I highly recommend this shop and I hope to visit again one day.

Did the brazilly and Loryn was amazing. She was fast, area was immaculately clean and it was PAINLESS! Will be coming back for sure. I went with this place because the other ones didn’t have good reviews about the staff and the service - I’m pretty sure I made the right choice.Edit: Khadija is a total babe! I love her and she always makes me feel comfortable. All in all a good experience! ❤️

Great attention to detail, warm and welcoming environment. All the staff that provided my services wanted to ensure I got exactly what I liked from nail length to the perfect color polish. I will definitely be back.

Such a cute and inviting spot! Surprised my 3 girls(8,6&5) with manicures here, they started out with kool aid jammers and picked their colors, the service was amazing! We’ll definitely be back - next time myself and my friends! :)

Great place for waxing and pedicures - clean, beautiful environment, friendly. There was a mix up with my membership and their customer service was excellent in sorting it out. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed today. Arrived for my appt which I thought was a pedi and turned out only to be gel removal. I know I booked gel removal and pedi however something happened in their system or with their employees. I have been a customer for 12+ years in Ottawa and Halifax. I have made appts through the website most times so I know how to book. Always great service until today. I will NOT return. I left in tears with how I was treated. They told me it was my fault. Not great customer service at all

I usually dread getting pedicures, but Lindsey was very gentle and careful and made it an enjoyable experience. I’ll gladly come back to this salon. :)
