I would not recommend. Follow-up and follow through is very disappointing. If the mandate is to convince people that a Nurse practitioner led clinic can offer comparable service to a traditional doctors office they should at least ensure they providing excellent care even when it comes to basic issues. I would recommend finding a dr accepting new patients in your area.

Do not come here. I've been hounding them for 3 weeks to respond to a prescription refill request and they never responded. When I went in person they told me they were faxing it back to the pharmacy but never did. Their negligence borders on criminal

I have had my primary care provider at this clinic for since 2013. I have received nothing but the absolute best care. I’ve seen many nurse practitioners and they’ve all been excellent in their approach to my care. I highly recommend this clinic.

If i could give a 0 i would do not go here they do not take your concerns seriously they do not listen to what you are in for they are more interested in why you are there they are more interested in taking your blood pressure and temperature when your not there for that i was there to have one of my hips checked out i am now going to see a orthopedic sergon for my problem delt with i would not recommend this place to my worse enmy at all and they are lucky i do not call health canada

Amazing experience and well rounded care! I've seen both NPs Mahrokh and Zarna at the Islington location. They are SO kind and patient! I never felt rushed. They always called personally to give results and answered all my questions without judgment. They made me feel like I have known them for many years. They taught me so much about essential health concerns. They ensure your screening is up to date and provide the best evidence based guidelines to their practice. HIGHLY recommend Emery-Keelesdale's Nurse Practitioners for your care!

Our heath system spends to a great extent on outsourced healthcare professionals. Sadly many of these outfits are not providing the best quality in house nursing care. Emery-Keelesdale has at least one nurse who displays indifference and a nonchalance in the care if my relative. So I would not recommend this service.
