While I didn't wind up needing a mortgage in the end, Chris and I did a lot of work together when I thought I would, and I found her to be an absolute pleasure to work with. She's not only a pleasant human, but is always quick to respond, responds thoroughly and thoughtfully to my numerous (sometimes out there") requests/queries

Chris Pughe went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got the house of our dreams. She did an incredible job helping us understand what we could afford and the various factors that impact this. She went out of her way to make sure we were able to make a offer on our dream home in a time-sensitive multiple offer situation, connecting directly with our realtor to convince her to allow us to make a competitive offer that was ultimately successful. Without Chrissie we wouldn't have this beautiful home :)
