Ford Saint-Agate really resolved my issue, I am very satisficed with the service I received there. I just had 2 doors handles changed in Tremblant but when installing the handles they made a scratche on the paint next to it. I was very disappointed especially when I asked the guy to repaire the damage they had done. He said go buy the paint and I will touch it up for you. I did not think it was fair, so I called the superviser in Saint- Agate since it was the same ownership they give me a appointment and did a fabulous job, no question asked, they ordered the correct color and touch it up no question ask. They were nice enough to to led me a car for my dentist appointment because the were still waiting for the paint to arrive. I will make sure I go To Saint- Agate dealership for my next service. Thank you Mr. Louis Philippe Dorer for your professionalism, Mr Dérosier and your superviser Mr. Filion as well for taking care in resolving this matter.

We had good and attentive service picking up our car today. We felt like we were in good hands.They patiently answered all our questions.

thanks to the receptionist behind the phone, took action immediately to direct my demands to the right person, even tho I was frustrated about couple mistakes made by an ex employee, thanks to daniel and alexandro for reacting quickly and taking care of the problem, in less than 30 minutes.bought 3 cars and I will comeback again !

If i could give a 0 i would.Service manager yelled at me and maid me cry. For something that was not my fault blamed me i cost them money when they told me the peice was under warrenty.Service manager be-littled me i left crying with no way home.

Ford’s service in general is way lower than regular‘budget’ cars.We had to repeat ourselves at least 10 times (on the phone/text/email) and still had to review everything several times because the salesperson would not remember at all. At the end they kept their word and delivered, only because we kept on following up and almost babysitting the whole deal.Nothing close to a professional service.
