I’m not one to leave reviews but this one is needed. We left our dog here for 4 nights after hearing great things. Biggest regret. Despite promising us pictures, they sent none and did not respond to a SINGLE message or email we sent them. My dog came home incredibly hungry, sad and scared. Today we found a healing wound on him. Our dog is family, not just a pet. Incredibly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets.

I've been taking both of my pups here for years. Annè loved coming here as a puppy. I believe all the interactions helped aid her into the best possible companion. We recently added another member to our family Shelby a bit of a live wire" I'm already seeing a improvement in her interactions with other dogs. I'm a strong believer that the best thing you can do is expose your dog to as much as possible. Its a dog life is a perfect way to achieve this. Would highly recommend"

I love how happy my dog cash is when collect him. It's very clean place and kept very well, and you can tell by the pictures they only take the correct amount of dogs so they can attend to each dogs individual needs.

When i picked up my dog from here he had lice and was very sick. I Will never bring my dog to this establishment again. They should be shut down.

My wife and I went to your store for the first time! I am always extremely skeptical about going to new places of unfamiliarity. But due to my surprise I actually had an AWESOME time here and I got that 100% WOW Factor that most everyone wants when getting customer service and customer satisfaction! I met one of the three generational Owners and he made us feel like we were adopted into there family without judgment. Mike told me everything I needed to know...there knowledge on there products were outstanding. We can't wait to go back! Our dog Canada loved it there too. #itsadogslifeforever Everyone was extremely helpful and extremely friendly you guys make Petland a joke and to know that Canadian Companies really are the best and it's great to know that there dog food products are localized. Thank you so much for letting my family become a part of your company!

We have been using the daycare for about 7 months now and it has been an amazing experience all around. We recently boarded our pup for 15 days, which was the first time we had been away from him. My 1 year old does have issues at time with socialization and anxiety and they are so great with working with him to help him through this.I was so stressed for weeks before we left; talking to the staff about his needs, my needs lol, his dietary issues, sleep requirements, etc. One of the staff members connected with me a few days prior to my vacation and we exchanged cell numbers so she could send me updates and videos of Loki while I was away. This was amazing, it made me feel so much better leaving my baby boy there for so long. While away, I received almost daily text updates, videos, and they even had his birthday celebration there for him and sent me the pictures! They messaged when they had concerns he wasn't eating enough and we were able to troubleshoot ways to improve that situation. They also messaged when he had an off day just to let me know that he didn't go in group but was helping "at the front desk for the day. They literally were the best place I could have ever had him stay

Hands down the BEST dog daycare! We switched our dog from a reputable daycare to It’s A Dog’s Life a couple of months ago. I am impressed daily with the family of staff!! I never could’ve imagined what a difference their care of our dog Khaos could make. He has a few issues and the staff work with him daily to help him through his issues to make him a better dog. Their kindness and knowledge of dog behaviors has proven to be a winning combination for Khaos. Thankful to have found such a great daycare. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dog daycare who actually cares about your dog. They go above and beyond with several “event” days such as Birthday celebrations, photos with Santa and Cupid. Great job It’s A Dog’s Life!!!

We started taking our dog Beau to this daycare a few months ago. And ever since we started taking Beau to daycare, we have found he’s not as aggressive with other dogs while out for walks. This daycare has been awesome for us, and we really enjoy being greeted by the staff every time we drop him off. It’s usually the first people we interact with when we start the day. We live close to the daycare - and when we take Beau for walks in the evening he will cry as we pass by on our walk. He will pull the leash because he knows how fun daycare is. He’s clearly loved dearly by the staff. So cute!!!

Had an extremely unfortunate first/last experience with their grooming standards and customer service skills. Dropped our dogs off at 10:30 am August 28, 2019 for a full cut for my west highland terrier and a bath and nail trim for my great dane/coonhound mix. We were told that it would be about 2 hours before the dogs were ready. We stated that we would like a standard westie cut, no further questions were asked. We got a call an hour and 15 minutes later, the dogs were ready for pick up.They did not show my husband the dogs before processing payment and he ended up giving an 18% tip over the $115 charges. The dogs came out from the back, and it was noticeable how bad our westie's cut was. There was a half inch nick in the hair on her back left hand side. Her skirt wasn't properly tapered, her crown and neck were very uneven, her tail was left as if it hadn't been paid attention to and her behind unevenly shaved. It did not seem professionally done or the groomer was rushed. My husband had already paid and isn't the type to make a big fuss so he brought the dogs out the vehicle. On the ride home the westie was still quite full of loose hair as if a step was missed as this has never been the result from other groomers.I called to make a formal complaint. I was spoken to by the owner and I told her I could send photos, which I did, and she said she would look into it and call me the next day. I hadn't received anything so at 1 pm, I called back and left a message. I spoke with MIKE and he said he would look into it and call me back.When we reconnected the conversation was very charged and no sort of apology was given, only excuses. He stood behind his coworker's work and told me that he looked at the pictures and the gouge on my dogs back was due to a scab, that must have fallen off. There was no mention of this on pick up and to be honest there was no scab there. I mentioned that I've never had a westie cut with a bushy tail and he told me that I was super vague about my request for a westie cut when the groomer and I spoke. (Would this not be something the groomer would ask about if there were variations on the cut?) He told me at some point during our 3 minute conversation, that he's seen some wild haircuts for dogs" as he's been "doing this for 20 years." The conversation ended abruptly with him interrupting me with "okay
