I phoned Hammond Plumbing & Heating to fix a pin hole leak and will never use or recommend them again. It started off good on the phone they quoted me around $300 to get the job done. They even mentioned to me that I should wait a couple of days to get over the Christmas holiday and pay regular time. Which I did. Now I received my bill and it's more then double the quote ?? Plus it said I'm being charged ** AFTER HOURS CALL ** even though I waited and they came between 10am and 11am. I tried calling the number on the invoice and got bounced around from one number to another. The job itself was not done properly and when I phoned to complain they said they would have to charge me again to have it fixed. Save your money .... Do not use them !!

I had amazing service all round. Brandy G. and Taylor G. were so helpful during the installation. Brandy went out if her way to explain everything, things to watch out for and what to expect. Even general plumbing tips to help me out, very knowledgeable. Really impressed and seriously considering moving the rest of my services over in the near future. Having a company that you can trust goes a long way. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

Gary Singh arrived promptly and was able to solve the problem efficiently and professionally. He also cleaned up what little mess was made and provided some helpful advice.I will definately use Gary again should an opportunity arise.Thank you Gary it was a pleasure having me in my home.

Gary was very friendly professional. His work style is great, provides beneficial recommendations. He did the shower faucet installation very neat and professionally. He did great work. I would certainly recommend him.

Shawn C is professional and friendly. He quickly resolved fixed the problem with my hot water supply line and educated me on future projects and products they offer. Great service, great people. They did amazing job that could not have be done by another plumber from the area. My kitchen sink was clogged badly and Hammond service resolved the issue. Quick to replace our hot water tank when it died. The fixed rate charge of $600 to replace it seemed a bit steep. Would have been happier if they actually had a certified gas fitter do the gas connection rather than just stick a sticker on.

The technicians, Gary S & Taylor G were great! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the were careful. Very professional! Definitely great for the job.

Gary Singh has done a remarkable job in fitting reminaleralized water filters and went out of the way to explain how to use and maintain all the purification system. He was very courteous and helpful. Very happy with his service.
