Yesterday we had to put our beloved family dog down, my kids wanted to be with him as he went to sleep, the rooms in the office are small and could not fit all five of us in there, so they put some blankets down for us outside and let us sit with him till he fall peacefully asleep with all of us around him. I’m so thankful for them accommodating us this way, it’s never easy saying goodbye to a very loved family pet. You guys were so kind and understandingThanks again

Very caring and professional there. They did a good job at diagnosing and keeping him alive.Buddy is a very old cat. The vet recommended take him home and see how it goes.

Brought my senior cat here for the first time since moving to Ingersoll & very happy I did. He had dental surgery, stayed overnight twice and the girls and vet were awesome. They made me feel welcome and I knew they cared for him just as much as I do. They took photos for me after his surgery & contacted me to let me know it was all ok! Very pleased with going here, really felt comfortable.

Very disappointed with the vet here. Our dog was put to sleep today. As a nurse I asked what kinds of medications she would be given to go to sleep first and how the process would work. The vet was extremely rude and told me I wouldn't know. This medication was pre drawn up when we walked in the room and not dosed properly to our dogs weight. The vet stated it would take 15-20mins and she would peacefully fall asleep. However this was not the case as 1 minute after the sedative our dog yelped and was gasping for air. She then proceeded to flop over as I yelled for the vet. The vet then took her to the back to euthanize her.Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this vet for anyone. Please do your research before your pet go through what mine did today.

We have always had great experiences at this veterinary clinic. Dr.Lydia and her team are caring and understanding and have always been great to our fur baby.

Our 12 week old puppy digested a tylenol, and thanks to the quick assistance of the staff at Ingersoll Veterinary Services, within 15 minutes of digesting they had induced vomiting. Dr Lydia and her staff were very, VERY helpful despite the fact we were not clients of the clinic and treated us very kind. So thankful to have them in town.

Excellent visit today our dog was looked after to perfection the Vet was OUTSTANDING she was really good with him and the pay in the room is the smartest thing l have seen anywhere in a long time!!! Thanks for making our visit quick and very professional!!
