I never write reviews, since this was such a frustrating experience i am taking the time to express how this organisation made me feel. The worst experiance dealing with a family law lawyer. I had scheduled a consultation $295.00 plus tax. my appointment was scheduled with Tasneem Alibhai. I had given my history over the phone and what i need advise on. Very basic stuff. I arrive and she seems angry. Was very short with answers. She did not read the notes provided and assumed I'm looking for divorce advise.. If she only read her notes she would have known i have been devorced since 2013! She wasted my time asking me questions like where i live how long i been there etc. Which had no relevance yet. I would understand if that was part of her questioning after she understood what i needed advise on. She seemed angry for some reason and she made me feel like i was responsable for her anger. She has no customer relationship experiance and i wonder how good of a lawyer she is if she has issues listening to her clients. doesnt bother reading notes provided to her! I wish there was a negative star i could offer her. The only reason im giving one star is because the receptionist was extremely professionnel.If ur looking for a good family law lawyer, look somewhere else, you will not get any results here.

Tried to contact this law office. Was told the call would be returned the next business day. After waiting 3 days I contacted them again. The advice I got was that the person who arranges appointments was busy and to just leave another message with her. No offence but if she did not return the first message after 3 days, what makes anyone think she will return the second or third? The lawyers may know their stuff but I have no confidence in their support staff at this time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bad Client Service - Dishonest Lawyers: I made a consultations appointment. I was late by 30 mins. I advised them that I am running late. The assistant Lacy is extremely rude. Tasneem Alibhai was not willing to charge me for 30 mins if she spoke to me for 30 mins. She wanted to charge the full hour. I suggested to use the extra 30 mins that i dont use towards my file, i was told NO straight up. The assistant Lacy scrunched up the invoice as she walked away from reception. If that is not poor client service, i dont know what is. I walked away without retaining the lawyer. They are greedy, dishonest and not respectful at all.

This firm has represented many of my clients with their house closings, and they all have great things to say. As a realtor, it is important to have a great firm to refer my clients to.

This is my second time in 5 years using this particular law firm. The team of Yolanda, Michelle and Daniel were excellent to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them and this firm.

Just closed my parent's house sale last week and couldn't be happier with this firm. From front desk to back door. Ted Groves, Jackie and the rest of the team supported my elderly parents with respect, care, and made us feel as if we were their only clients. Highly recommend.
