horrible customer service, Ordered twisted teas expecting the originals, like every other liqour store ever, & they sent me the peach kind thinking it was “okay”, now Im currently waiting for a delivery driver to show up in 6 hours to exchange what I was given for what I actually wanted. The person on the phone was completely ignorant & clearly didnt want to deal with the problem. Absolutely unnacceptable service.

Horrible , ordered 4 tall cans and I only got 2 and they weren’t they weren’t even the right ones!!!!! Very horrible experience wouldn’t recommend ordering from here at all .

Very disappointed with the service I recieved tonight. Ordered beer they didn't have 4 or 5 of the choices. Beer choices they did have were 10%. Hernish the worker or manager wouldn't issue us a refund. Will never be giving this store our money ever again. TERRIBLE. Restock your store and maybe carry what you have on skip or get off it.

Was looking for some very specific liquor items in Red Deer as Christmas gifts and didn't want to drive all over. To my pleasant surprise this was the first one that had them all listed online through SkipTheDishes. I then went to the store to buy them direct. Small local boutique with high quality and some hard to find items. I will be back when I have more time to explore the full selection.

Such a horrible service, they dont even want to contact the customer and they just send anything they want too instead for asking. These guys are ripping us as they always do this better not to use delivery from this store.. and they dont even deserve a single star

Terrible service! Went on my birthday to get some birthday drinks and left empty-handed. I waited in line very patiently to buy my liquor and the line wasn't moving at all! The young girl with short hair working was too busy talking to a bunch of 18 year old girls for almost 20 minutes. I over heard the conversation and it was very unprofessional. I then got tired of waiting after so long and put the liquor back without making a huge deal about it and just as i was about to open the door to leave the girl working said to me very rudely ok bye then""

May be the worst liquor store in Red Deer. Location great. Terrible selection. Highest prices I’ve seen. Guy at the till was kinda rude as well. Overall just brutal Store.

Ordered a 15 pack on skip and they sent an 8 pack. Can't get ahold of them to make it right because the phone number on their Google is no longer available. Just scam artists.
