Was left by the speaker in complete silence for 5 minutes, only to pull of to the window, trying to explain that, and got interrupted with because we're busy" and told to wait more

This a&w was everything I hoped it to be good hot fresh food what more culd I want in a a&w the reason i only gave 4 stars is it was a paine in the butt to get my cousins wheelchair in and out of the building

Poor service. Got to the menu in the drive thru and got asked to wait a minute to place my order, assumed it was busy which it didn’t look to be but we waited regardless. Sat there for an unreasonable amount of time for the 1 other vehicle in the drive thru. Told the person on the intercom “we are still here” and got a very unprofessional and rather annoyed response by an older lady. When we finally came to the window she was obviously grouchy and we had a very unpleasant experience considering we were just grabbing food fast before leaving town. The lady went by the name Audrey, we did not appreciate the service. Altogether our wait was 15 mins or so maybe longer.

A&W never fails to disappoint. The food has always been tasty, you can tell they are using better ingredients compared to other fast food places, and the food is very reasonably priced. I absolutely love how they now have pop stations and food clearing stations set up in the restaurant makes the place look nicer and I’m sure helps the employees keep things cleaner as the mindset of the customer is changed with the tools to clean up after yourself out in the open. Great changes from the brand the last few years, excited to see what else is to come. I’ll probably grab another round of food there tonight between business calls hahaha!

So one of our truckers stops in to get some food around 8am yesterday. Door was locked so he proceeded to go use the drive thru. Then at window they tell him they won't serve people who walk through. What frustrates us is they want all their foods delivered on trucks but refuse us service?? NOT OK!

It was a beautiful morning to drive into Carlyle today. So we decided to dine at the home of the burger family and fill our nourishment with to beyond meat Burgers my wife chose the lettuce wrap I chose no mayonnaise very clean facilities the community seems very welcoming would come here again.

Only two stars the dammed is are gross it would help if your staff at carlyle branch would close take out window another suggestion move the garbage and pop canister storage about 50 feet away. I know it's convenient fot staff but it's impacting customer service

Friendliness cashier ever. No ice for the cups, too bad. Also parked and waited 15 min for 3 breakfast sandwiches.
