The Life Start training was by far the most interesting and fun CPR/First Aid training I've ever taken. Colin's enthusiasm is contagious and the equipment & simulations really help to feel prepared for a whole range of emergencies.

It was a good experience, very informative, and the material is presented in such a a way that it is easy to absorb. The only critique I would have is that it might be nice to get handouts with the course in case you wanted to do additional reading or get more detailed information.
