Drugstore Pharmacy

They processed my Daugter prescription and when they put it through my insurance it was declined. Contacted my insurance company and they said it was because they didn’t put here through as a student they did it as a child. While my insurance company was so helpful and said just submit to us since I already paid, in the future have them put her as a student. When I called to advise the pharmacy they said no. Wow … I said then we will go elsewhere then. They said fine. Too bad their isn’t a zero star ..

Busy but polite and attentive. They bother to remember your name. Helpful. I appreciate the drive thru pickup.

While I used this pharmacy for many years, I'm out of 2 meds. One prescription from November 17th, and another last Monday.My physician refaxed both prescriptions this morning. I tried calling the pharmacy for 45 minutes this afternoon, but the pharmacy didn't answer, so I made my fourth drive there to pick the medication up, to no avail. They were closed with no signage explaining why.This has been an ongoing issue for several years. I wish them all the best, but at the end of the day, I need to have access to my medications in a timely manner.

Very incompetent!!!!! For the last few times I have sent in my prescription, they had problems processing it through to my insurance. They would have to do it a certain way so it would go through. The last time I told them to make a note of how they did it so they wouldn't have the same issue next time.This time I called ahead a few days with my prescription so I could make sure they processed it and overcame the hurdles they had in the past. This time they said their software was causing issues. It took three days of me calling them asking if they were able to resolve the issues. Finally today they said they resolved the issue . I asked if they were able to process it through to my insurance. They said YES. I asked how much it would be and they said they couldn't tell me because their computer just crashed. I said I am assuming that it will be the same as always and they agreed. Then they called me back 5 minutes later and said they couldn't process it through the insurance. I said to them that they have this issue every time and that they need to do it a certain way to get it through. They said they have tried everything thy could. They said I should call my insurance. I have done that in the past and my insurance said that it should go through and that it was not an issue at the insurance end. Why should I try and figure out the problems they are having with their system to put the prescription through. I am not their tech support. They should be calling the insurance companies to learn/determine how they need to process the claims. I told them to cancel the prescription. I am asking my doctor to send it to another pharmacy, where they know what they are doing. Gave them a 1 star because it wouldn't let me give -stars

The staff, she claimed herself to be the manger is very impolite. They only want your money, moving on to another place.

Horrible customer service! Treat you like dirt - see you waiting and continue to chit chat. I won't be back

The pharmacists are so friendly and always helpful when I have questions about medications.
